Awesome Day
Ben Hill Griffin Stadium - Gainesville
Great experience for us to see a College Football Game. Nice Tailgate and Partying before the game. A lot of wild but gentle students making Gainesville a Party Capitol from noon to the game. Simply wonderful

Experience of a life time. The Swamp is always the place to be to watch a game but to watch a UF & FSU game was the best.

It's GREAT to BE a FLORIDA GATOR!
Ben Hill Griffin Stadium - Gainesville
I had the incredible opportunity to attend the Florida Gators game against FSU on Saturday, November 25, 2023, and let me tell you, it was an experience like no other! Despite the game's outcome, the electric atmosphere and cherished traditions at Ben Hill Griffin Stadium, also known as "The Swamp,"made it a day to remember. From the moment I stepped into the stadium, the fanfare and camaraderie were palpable. The sea of orange and blue, mixed with the unmistakable energy of passionate Gator fans, created an atmosphere that was nothing short of exhilarating. The sense of community among the fans was truly heartwarming, as everyone came together to support their team. The Gator Band added another layer of excitement to the game day experience. Their precision, enthusiasm, and spirited performances kept the crowd energized throughout the entire game. The traditional tunes and spirited melodies were the perfect soundtrack to an already electric atmosphere. As the teams battled on the field, the roar of the crowd echoed through The Swamp. The passion and dedication of the Gator Nation were on full display, making every play feel like a pivotal moment. The collective cheers and chants created an atmosphere that transcended the game itself, turning the stadium into a fortress of unwavering support. One of the highlights of the evening was the end of the third quarter tradition when Tom Petty's "I Won't Back Down"filled the stadium. The entire crowd, all 90,000 strong, joined in unison to sing along, creating a powerful and emotional moment. It was a testament to the resilience and unity of the Gator Nation, and being part of that collective voice was a truly special experience. Despite the outcome not being in our favor, I left The Swamp with a heart full of cherished memories. The joy of being surrounded by fellow fans, the spine-tingling moments of the band's performance, the deafening roar of the crowd, and the shared tradition of singing along with Tom Petty—all of these elements combined to make it a day I will never forget. Attending the game in person added an extra layer of connection to the team and fellow fans, making it a truly unforgettable experience. Go Gators!

Great tix.
Ben Hill Griffin Stadium - Gainesville
The seats were great, the cursing (fans foul language), the spilling beer 🍻 of other fans over my camp, the overweight folks overflowing our seats, knees bumping, in a sold out game, is making me re-think the experience (got 6 tix) after paying good money. There were lots of families with small children (including mine), which is awesome, the seats were great!. The crowd felt like I was in an NFL game… Maybe I am just getting older or maybe I need to buy more expensive seats next time to leave the shenanigans there. First time I had a “not so memorable” experience in the swamp. In past times (over the years) had purchased cheaper seats but better experience overall with the family.

Fun time at the Swamp
Ben Hill Griffin Stadium - Gainesville
Always a fun experience at the Swamp, especially if the Gators win! Seats had a great view of the field, but they are very cramped. Will definitely go back.

University of Florida Gators Football at Ben Hill Griffin Stadium
The University of Florida has a football team it can be proud to call its own in the Florida Gators. Florida competes in the Eastern Division of the Southeastern Conference, and they're coached by Dan Mullen, who led the Gators to a 10-3 record, a Peach Bowl victory and a Top 10 finish in his first season in 2018. The Gators play at what is officially known as Steve Spurrier-Florida Field at Ben Hill Griffin Stadium — far more commonly known as "The Swamp." Ben Hill Griffin Stadium was originally built in 1930, and renovations have increased its capacity to 88,548, growing with the team over the decades.
Florida Gators Football History
The University of Florida has continuously fielded a football team since its inception in 1906, with the notable exception of the 1943 season due to the outbreak of World War II. As charter members of the Southeastern Conference in 1932, the Florida Gators have long-standing rivalries against such schools as Auburn, LSU and Tennessee. The Gators have won three national titles (in 1996, 2006 and 2008) in addition to eight SEC titles and 16 divisional titles since 1991. Three quarterbacks have won the Heisman Trophy for the Gators, including future legendary Florida coach Steve Spurrier in 1966, Danny Wuerffel in 1996 and Tim Tebow in 2007.
The Florida Gators have intense rivalries against in-state non-conference schools Florida State and the University of Miami, along with other schools in the SEC, but their archnemeses are the University of Georgia's Bulldogs, who face Florida annually at Jacksonville's TIAA Bank Field. The Florida-Georgia rivalry is so bitter that neither school can agree on when it started, with Georgia contending that a game played against a predecessor in 1904 was the beginning, and Florida stating that the two schools first officially met in 1915. Florida-Georgia is one of the few remaining neutral site rivalry games in college football, and with divisional, conference and national title hopes often hanging in the balance, it remains one of the most important rivalries in the sport.
