The Box Office is open Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM and on the day of shows.

The Box Office accepts Cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card.

Will Call:

Will Call Tickets may be picked up at the Will Call Window at the main entrance of the facility no earlier than 90 minutes before the performance. General Admission tickets may be picked up 3 hours prior to showtime. Customers must have the actual credit card used for the order, a picture ID, and the confirmation number to receive their tickets.

General Rules:

Cameras and recording devices are not allowed into the facility.

Children Rules:

Children under 2 years old are admitted free if held in a parent/ticket holders lap. Age restriction may vary by show. Call the U.S. Cellular Center box office for more details.
