The Pavilion is locate on the University of Illinois (Circle) campus near Harrison and Racine.

From the West -
Take I-290 (Eisenhower) tp the Racine exit. Pavilion is right at the corner of Racine.

From the East -
Take Congress to the I-290 (Eisenhower) and exit at Ashland. Go left on Ashland and the Pavilion is right up the street.

From the South -
Take I-94 (Dan Ryan) north to I-290 (Eisenhower) and exit at Morgan.

Parking lots are located on both sides of Harrison.

Box Office Hours

The Box Office is open Thursday and Friday from 9:00am to 4:00pm.

Types of Payment Accepted

Box Office accepts cash, Mastercard, Discover & Visa.

Will Call

Tickets held for Will Call can be picked up as early as 2 hours prior to the show. Customer must present the actual credit card, a picture ID and the confirmation number.

General Rules

Cameras and recording devices are not allowed. Binoculars are allowed.

Children Rules

There are no age restrictions. Children under 2 are admitted free, but they must sit on the lap of an adult.

Prohibited Items Policy
Banners, sign cards and sandwich boards are permitted to the extent that they do not interfere with safety, visibility or the conduct of guests attending an event.
The following items are prohibited:
• All cameras
• All Bookbags, shoulder bags, large purses
• Laser pointers
• Mace
• Weapons/knives/spikes/sticks, etc.
• Aerosol cans
• Bottles/cans
• Outside food or beverages
• Noisemakers/air horns
• Graphic boards
• Pyrotechnic devices
• Containers/coolers
• Lap tops
The prohibited items list should be used as a guide and is not designed to be all-encompassing. Pavilion management reserves the right to restrict any item it deems to represent a threat to the safety of Pavilion events, clients and guests. Any behavior or activities that are in violation of contemporary and local standards of decency are strictly prohibited.
For your safety, Pavilion Security Personnel are off-duty police officers.
