Magical night
Pauley Pavilion presented by Wescom - Los Angeles
Great game! First time on UCLA campus. A lot of choices where to sit so we went down front. A lot of fun. If there was a negative... You have to pay 13. for parking. No other option and I don’t like paying 5 dollars for a soda, 5 dollars for a bread pretzel, 5 dollars for an ice cream. Once I get past that... all is great.

Bag check-in nightmare
Pauley Pavilion presented by Wescom - Los Angeles
The event was great just be sure not to bring a purse, tote bag, and or bag pack of any kind in with you. You will not be allowed into Pauley Pavilion. They tell you that it must be checked in and or taken back to your car. If you check-in your bag it will take you 25-30 mins due to the enormous line of people. It’s 1 tiny easy-up tent with 3-4 people manning the distribution of about 500+ people’s bags so heads up and be ready to wait a while in a line that seems not to move at times.

Volleyball cross town battle
Pauley Pavilion presented by Wescom - Los Angeles
Admission into to building was 10 times better than last go round. Staffing and arena all was managed good. Self service parking ticket dispensers can be somewhat cumbersome.

Lots of fun
Pauley Pavilion presented by Wescom - Los Angeles
My family had a great time at the UCLA volleyball event. The food prices were our only complaint.

UCLA Women's Volleyball @ John Wooden Center
Wooden Center - Los Angeles
Pros: Up- close viewing to watch the game. Fun and enthusiastic UCLA fans! Easy entrance and exiting from the Center. Snack bar, restrooms & parking Cons: Either the heating/AC was not working, but it was very warm inside the gym on a cool night in November. A little uncomfortable, but do-able. FYI - Bleacher seating

Great Game!
Pauley Pavilion - Los Angeles
My first visit to storied Pauley Pavilion and it was worth the drive from Southwest Riverside County to take in some good NCAA women's volleyball between cross-town rivals. The match started out flat with UCLA getting bested by USC 25-17. The UCLA women made several errors during the first set and made one wonder if they would just be swept out of their own house. But they came back and won the second set. After the break, the USC women came out hot and defeated the Bruins in the third set. The fourth set was wild with the Bruins coming back to tie the game and after a see-saw battle, won the set 30-28. The fifth (rubber) set was all UCLA at the start and then USC caught up and it was 15-15 before the Bruin ladies won the set 17-15 and the match 3 games to 2. Great crowd on hand including several youth volleyball clubs. A very nice experience with the only glitch being the security check at the front entrance. It seemed like security did not expect so many people to show up for this event.

UCLA was not prepared for the crowd.
Pauley Pavilion - Los Angeles
My family has attended a few volleyball matches at Pauley Pavilion and enjoyed the experience. However, UCLA has implemented a clear bag policy that caused us to go back to the car and leave purses and bags. There were 2 doors open and tight security that caused a massive backup and 1/3 of the crowd missed the start of the match. The parking situation was also aggravating as there were self serve kiosks that took people forever to use. I think we'll think twice the next time there is an opportunity to see the women's volleyball team play.
