The Revolution was a different team for this game. Well executed plays and solid defense were key. Does the goalie really have to scream at the defense every time he screws up and allows a goal?
We enjoyed the fast paced soccer and fun atmosphere. Serious problems: The music was extremely loud for the entire game. The cheerleaders had "uniforms" that were inappropriate for the audience. Two thirds of the audience were young children and their parents. How about fitted t-shirts instead of bathing suit tops? The souvenir t-shirts($25 and up) were not available in childrens sizes. Um, most of the fans were children. The soccer jerseys for sale that did come in youth sizes said "Williams" on them. Isn't the team "The Revolution"?
Everyone got to go out on the field after the game and meet the players and cheerleaders and take photos! The atmosphere was great and the game was fun to watch. If you like sporting events just a great time to go with friends and watch a fun sport. The halftime ball throw was fun to watch and the constant throwing of tshirts was a nice touch as well. Not to crowded and you go to choose your seats if you sat in the upper section.
Great game. Revolution has some major talent on the team.
