About

They say fashion is cyclical... and they’re right. Truly amazing things never go out of style, regardless of when they first popped up. Toto’s tune ‘Africa’ is one of these things. First heard in 1982, this masterpiece of popular prog has been a staple of pop culture since release. Taken from their massive second album Toto IV, it combined their other calling card Rosanna to introduce Toto to a massive audience. That record would go on to win several Grammy Awards and establish a base from which the band grew into one of the most prolific and durable acts in modern music history. Musically mind blowing and with more hits that you can poke a stick at, there’s no doubt that people will ask “where were you when Toto played Festival Hall?” for years to come.

    TOTO still has it!

Nice variety in the set list including several of the old faithfuls. Nice to see original musicians from that far back very talented studio musicians all around to backup lead guitar and vocals.

The April 14 show at Mystic Lake had been on my radar for some time and absolutely thrilled I was able to attend. Luke, Joe and cast of seasoned veterans in this band put on a performance that was simply incredible and they are still enjoying it! What music history with this group. Rock on brothers and thanks!! Also, great venue at Mystic Lake. The room, sound, seats - excellent!

    Still one of the Best!

by RushFan on 4/17/24Mystic Lake Casino Hotel - Prior Lake

Great show! Steve Lukather is a legend and surrounds himself with the best! Joseph Williams voice is as good as ever giving that nostalgic feel to all the classic Toto songs. Great sound and loved the venue (Mystic Lake Theater). Wish the concert could’ve lasted all evening.

    Still Rockin''

    by Boots on 3/22/24Rialto Theatre-Tucson - Tucson

Another band marked off our bucket list. We saw them at The Rialto Theater in downtown Tucson, small venue so seeing anyone there is such a treat. They were spot on, good luck to them touring with Journey.

    Poor sound

    by Charlie on 3/22/24Rialto Theatre-Tucson - Tucson

Toto’s musicianship and song selection were excellent. However the performance was so loud that the sound was distorted. Unfortunately the concert should have sounded much better.

Great venue and band was very good

    by Jeff on 3/22/24Rialto Theatre-Tucson - Tucson

I loved the Tucson Rialto theater as great small venue. The seats were too close together but the theater sound and design was awesome. Toto sounded very good but I was disappointed they didn’t play all their hits (eg Georgie Porgie) and they had some long instrumental stretches. The singing and instruments sounded excellent. I’ve seen them before in Seattle a few years ago and the music selection and energy was better there.
