Although the show was delayed by 45 minutes, it was an amazing show that had me and my buddy laughing non-stop throughtout the comedy clinic that Tony Woods and friends put on. Well done!
Saw Tony a few times, each time he was extremely funny. His comedy is brillant, taking everyday scenarios and just making them so funny. I highly recommend going to see him, he is by far one of the funniest out there.
Tony Woods was one the funniest comedians I have ever seen live. I would go see him again. Very funny show!
The overall show was funny the warm up comedians were just ok (1 was really bad) so by headliner time I was still cold. Tony Woods was funny overall but needs a some new material! So I Googled some of his work prior to the show and was sold on seeing him but I wasn't dumb so i choose clips from 2011-15 cause I know too close to show time can be dangerous...welp it didn't matter there was materiel from previous years as far as 8yrs ago...smh granted a few words and scenarios were played with but overall the same....if you don't feel like going out , Google him for a comedy tour in the comfort of your home....DISSAPOINTED!
Tony Woods was consistently funny in his long set (an hour and ten minutes) at The Punchline in Philly. I went with my family (all adults) and we laughed the whole time. I would highly recommend Tony's show and plan to see him again whenever possible.
Ok I get it most comedy shows can get fowl with language and content but this one is at the top of the rank scale I did find out after that we could have called the club and they would have warned us about the content we don't mind a little I.e. blue collar comedy tour this was much worse that being said tiny woods was very funny and a good show the club was clean smoke free which we liked just a suggestion for the club a a rating for content would have been nice on the web sight just saying
Tony was extremely funny, had our group laughing from the very beginning, I would watch his show again and definitely encourage others to watch his show, we even bought a DVD?
All 3 acts were hilarious!! My group was laughing for hours after.
