Without a doubt, of the now 11 times I've seen Title Fight, this was by far the best time I've seen them! The set featured a mix of old and new songs all played with sincere passion and intensity. This show was also my introduction to Foundation and I was really impressed with their live set as well. Heavy, aggressive and passionate hardcore that resonates with their fans.

    Bitchin

The venue was amazing, it was really fancy and they had water fountains (reallyyy important at punk shows) and the bathrooms were actually clean. The concert was completely amazing, La Dispute is my favorite band and they totally killed it. Title Fight rocked everyone's socks off. If you want an intense show, this is it.

    La Dispute killed it!!!!

The Hotelier is a great up and coming band, and Title Fight had some really good live sound, but my goodness, La Dispute was utterly amazing. The energy and power the words have is surreal and I was lucky enough to be up against the stage (they didn't have a barrier).

Title Fight isn't my thing but LA DISPUTE WAS SO GOOD. Better than they are on CD. + the venue is awesome.

The show itself was great. La Dispute primarily played their new stuff though. Considering they've only been to the DC area twice, including this show, I was hoping to hear some older stuff. They ended with King Park though. Weirdly enough the crowd seemed more into Title Fight - who was amazing, but I was surprised it wasn't as crazy for La Dispute. It was a great show, venue was cool but ridiculously overpriced at the bar. A double of anything is $26 - which is literally what a handle would cost me. I had a great time, it wasn't as great as I was expecting unfortunately though.

Every band was great, atmosphere was comfortable!

by DadPunchersShirtGuy on 10/13/13Royale Boston - Boston

All the bands were amazing. It was my first time hearing Slingshot Dakota and I loved their set. Cruel Hand was energetic and violent as always. I had a lot of fun during their set and they get better and better each time I see them. Balance and Composure was pretty great, I'm not too into them so I can't too much. It was my first time seeing Title Fight as well and I've been listening to them for years and they emulated the same emotions and energy that was put into the recorded tracks. The crowd wasn't as bad as I expected and everyone was really friendly and catching those who stage dived a lot. It was definitely worth my money. My only complaint was that the blue lights were constantly on, the lights were dimmed, and the the music was always way too loud so finding my friends and conversing with them was more difficult than it needed to be. I didn't see the point in having the floor seem like a high school dance in between sets. But I was totally ok with the music choice.

Such a great show. Every band had a dynamite set. Title Fight had the best set of the night by far.

    Amazing <333

Single Mothers was alright. They're very good, but just not my type. They had interesting song introductions, haha! Pianos Become The Teeth were reaaaaaalllyyyy good, I just don't happen to like them as much as others. Tiger's Jaw was AMAZING as always. They played Never Saw It Coming which I didn't really expect and if you're a true Tiger's Jaw fan you probably wouldn't enjoy it as much as Between Your Band and the Other Band or I Saw Water or Two Worlds. I went for Tiger's Jaw more than I did for Title Fight and ugh they never fail me <3333 Title Fight was sooooooooo GOOD. So good! I only knew a few of their songs and singing along felt awesome. I definitely like them a lot more now.

This was the best show I've been to in a while. If title fight comes back to Boston they better be playing with no barrier because the amount of dives at this show and title fights amazing ability to perform live are what made this night great.
