    Very Entertaining

by RobertB1 on 10/11/14E.J. Thomas Hall - The University of Akron - Akron

These guys are talented, fun to watch and very entertaining. We first saw them at Blossom with the Cleveland Orchestra a couple of years ago and when we saw they would be back in the area were purchased our tickets the day they went on sale. We were not disappointed. We hope they come back soon.

    Amazing musicality & great fun!

    by Momand2Sons on 7/31/14Birchmere - Alexandria

I saw Time for Three with my two sons: 16 & 18 - both of whom are musical and involved in performance for either theater or music. They loved the show. I loved them seeing three young men take risks with their music, be creative, be fabulously talented, show commitment to their art, and to be having so much fun!

Excellent first show of the tour

by MissyGrace on 9/17/12WVU Creative Arts Center - Morgantown

We recently attended Time for Three's first show of this concert tour. They were so impressive. I have never seen a group classically trained include their skills with older genres with newer sounds. The bass player created sounds with the instrument that I didn't think were possible. Who would have thought youy could play funk on a bass - It was awesome!!!! The violen players are talented and demonstrate their abilities to perform that truly captures the audience attendance by their stage performance

This is my second time seeing Time for Three and I was as impressed this time as I was before. Their playlist is longer and they play with an expertise and speed that belies their youth. It is unfortunate that more people were not in the auditorium to hear this performance. I hope they will return to Asheville.

Time for Three is AMAZING - really!

by Bakerofcookies on 1/17/11Asheville Civic Center - Asheville

Time for Three, the self-titled "classical garage band," performed Saturday night as part of the Asheville Bravo Concert series. It is not hyperbole to say that double bassist Ranaan Meyer and violinists Nick Kendall and Zach DePue are nothing short of amazing - that rare blend of classical gravitas coupled with blue grass zest and modern effervescence. As if the music was not enough to lift the spirits of all who hear this trio, the concertgoer gets to join into the sheer delight that pours across the stage from "3 Fervent Travelers" (the title of their latest CD) who clearly find what they do to be both musically inspiring and soul reviving. And that is not the half of it...REALLY!
