Very Talented Musicians and a Great Tribute to the Fab Four

by Mark W on 5/16/23Scherr Forum- B of A Performing Arts Center, Thousand Oaks - Thousand Oaks

A nice night at a nice, intimate venue. The Ticket to Ride boys really paid a lovely tribute to the Beatles. The crowd, many old, some young, enjoyed every minute of it. In my mind, any time you can listen to the Beatles, and played by talented musicians with love, is a good thing. The set list included many of the hits but also some more obscure and less played Beatles songs, which was a nice surprise. They also changed their outfits to represent the different eras of the band's short but magical transformation from the middle 60s to 1970. Their were moments that had humor, which was great as the Beatles are legendary not just for their music but their personalities and quips. After the show the band members even went into the lobby for a meet and greet, took photos with fans, etc. It was very nice and they were warm, caring people with a passion for the music and their fans.

Ticket to Ride is the BEST Beatles cover band EVER!!

by H. M. on 4/27/22Scherr Forum- B of A Performing Arts Center, Thousand Oaks - Thousand Oaks

I have been a die hard Beatles fan since they appeared on the Ed Sullivan Show when I was around 10. I was so excited. I can still remember sitting in my living room on pins and needles. Luckily I had 3 older sisters who made sure I was hearing all the great music. Fast forward to 25 years ago, I was at the Treehouse in Simi Valley. OMGosh!! I couldn’t believe how fabulous they were! I danced and sang all night!! I started following them everywhere! They always made me so happy. And Jeff (Paul) has kept the band going all these years! The other band mates changed several times but Jeff made sure they were really good! I was so excited to see them last week. They were the Fab Four and I sang along, danced and was so happy! ❤️💽🌟🤩💥😃👍⭐️

They sounded great! Close your eyes and John, George, Ringo and Paul sounded like they were in their prime and could've been standing right in front of you. My kids who have been listening to breakfast with the Beatles for years. Now have the sense they've seen The Beatles! I couldn't be happier, We all had a really great time.

    Ticket to Ride

by Bill on 5/21/19Scherr Forum-Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza - Thousand Oaks

Music was very good and the guys were very talented musicians. Talking to each other in British accents was very amusing. Excellent show from start to finish. I didn’t realize I listened to Beatles music so much so that I knew the words to all the songs. Very enjoyable show that I would attend with my friends again.

So This Is What a Beatles Concert Feels Like

by 805MetroTech on 4/11/17Scherr Forum-Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza - Thousand Oaks

Ticket to Ride is an amazing Beatles tribute band. Being a Generation Y kid, people from previous generations wouldn't expect me to be a fan of music that's considered "old". But I am a fan of such music, simply because it's real; specially The Beatles. Ticket to Ride captures their sound down cold, and coupled with authentic looks and period correct instruments, the experience was just awesome!!! I also love how they talk with a Liverpool accent, and their sense of humor just made the concert that much more entertaining. I appreciate how they waited in the lobby after their performance to chat and take pictures with the audience. I'd definitely love to see them perform again!!!
