The lead players were fantastic! And I believe the other actors were good too, we just had a bit more trouble hearing them in the mezzanine. I would most definitely recommend this play to my friends/family.
I enjoyed Fiddler on the Roof very much. the actors/dancers/singers were professional! I loved the dancing especially!
I absolutely loved the Fiddler on the Roof. Especially John Preece as Tevye. I was impressed with the Fred Kavli Theatre; we traveled 3 hours to attend.

Stage lighting was dark and except for the spot lights; was difficult to see some of the characters. The roles of GOLDA and YENTA were just fair. The music was, well it is Fiddler after all, wonderful. Tevya needed to "schukkle" a little bit more during" If I were a rich man." We took our 11 year grandchild and he loved it. So that made it all OK.
This was the best production of Fiddler on the Roof. I've seen Fiddler on the Roof before (and the movie), but never with such energy and fluidity. A flawless performance and a must see for who have not experience this story live. This was the first time my wife and son have seen Fiddler on the roof and they're still talking about it (we saw it Friday night 3/25). Thank you Fred Kavli Theatre, though you're a 2 hour drive from us, this show was outstanding. Mike
Another fantastic show in TO. We had a great time. The music was wonderful, the dancing great and we all had a fun time. Really good show, go see it.
This is the 3rd time, over many years, that I have attended a performance of "Fiddler on the Roof". This was one of the best performances. The cast was excellent, and the chorography, staging, costumes and sets were really good. Thoroughly enjoyed the show. A great night out.
While it is difficult to re-create roles from a beloved musical and/or film, the actors in this production were average to below average in ability and stage-presence. If the production were not nearly three hours in length, this would be an excellent introduction to the theater for children and young adults.
