It was kind of cheesy, not sure why they are such a big deal. Would rather spend that money on a concert instead.

    Criss Angel is awesome!

by vmcvitz on 1/31/16Rochester Auditorium Theatre - Rochester

My husband and I went to see Criss Angel as part of our Christmas gift and it was worth it! I had no idea there would be so many other talents with him on stage. The characters feeling out the audience before hand was great. Their continued participation throughout the show for comedic effect was great. I thought it very sweet Criss had his mom with him and introduced her during the show. Some things really made me cringe as this is not fully "my thing" - the razor blade used - not for me. I really would have liked to meet everyone after the show for the full experience yet live an hour from the theater. It was worth the trip!

A show you won't ever forget

by 13141314 on 1/28/16Mayo Performing Arts Center - Morristown

I was a bit nervous about how much I'd like The Supernaturalists, because I heard they were going to do some of Criss' signature illusions, and I'd prefer HIM to perform them. I was not disappointed. Every act was amazing in a different way. Johnny Dominguez did insane and hilarious magic with dogs, Banachek read the audiences mind, Chloe Crawford did crazy stuff with razor blades, Spencer Horsman performed his Water Torture Cell, Landon did amazing "grand illusions", Maestro and Fifi were hysterical in the opening of the show, and Adrian Vega turned four $1 to $100. But I must say, my favorite of them all, was Stefan Vanel, from Paris. There were no words spoken during his act, and that made it better. He just produced an insane amount of cards from his hands, with no sleeves on. Colors and sparkles all over the place, with a great song in the background. The audience was left speechless. I would go to this show a million times, Criss in it or not. He hosts the show on screen, but it really feels like he's there. Don't hold back from going just because he might not be in it, it's still an incredible experience. After a 10 minute intermission, it was Criss Angel's turn. After appearing on stage, he performed 6 AWESOME illusions. My favorites being Metamorphosis, and his version of a coin trick called "Explosion", which he performed in the middle of the audience. After the show, we all had the pleasure of meeting the entire cast (including Criss) in the lobby of the theater. I was almost dead last in line, but everyone was still excited and very nice when they greeted me. Even Criss let me speak for as long as I wanted, and everyone signed stuff, and took photos. It ended as the PERFECT night, and one that YOU won't ever forget!

    Great show - Great people!

by Bubba36 on 1/18/16Rochester Auditorium Theatre - Rochester

My son and I went to the show and had a great time! Even more impressive was that Criss Angel and the Supernaturalists (all of them) stayed after the show and signed autographs and took pictures with the fans!!!

    The Supernaturalists

by Brightview on 1/18/16The Paramount - Huntington

first of all...there is no parking, unless you wanted to trudge 3 blocks up the hill, which is what we had to do. Second, we were waiting outside for almost an hour before they let us in. Third, the show itself was very good., although it started an hour late. I was very excited to get front row seats on the floor, however the stage was 5' up, and there was a speaker right in front of us. So there were a few acts we could not see, especially Chris Angel's final act...Maybe they should not have sold those 1st two rows...All in all, the show made up for the inconvenience.

    Don't waste your money...

by KLALO on 1/17/16The Paramount - Huntington

I've seen Chriss Angel's TV show, specials and illusions on YouTube. His tricks were really, really impressive, so I was totally looking forward to this show!! The first 2/3 of the show were other 'illusionists'. I thought most of them seemed like grade D magicians. The 'humor' they attempted to use as part of their act was sophomoric. The tricks seemed to be drawn out, and to be honest, lost my attention a few times. They also had problems with the cameras, and you couldn't see some of the tricks, as they were too far away. Chriss Angel finally came on after the intermission, and did 2 'illusions'. One, where he cut a woman in half, seemed to just end in the middle of it. I wasn't sure if the trick was over. The show seemed to be thrown together quickly, and I must say, I would've rather been home on my couch at home. I was hugely disappointed.

Fun show- Obstructed view, was not told beforehand

by gumballman on 1/17/16The Paramount - Huntington

Good show. Good entertainment. Very talented. Was not advised beforehand of obstructed view. Was not told about obstructed view. Could see stage ok. Some of the magic was close up so they had camera to show on two screens. That's fine. But because of ceiling beams we could not see screens or 25 percent of the show.

    Save your money!

by CTJess on 1/17/16The Paramount - Huntington

This was the worst show I have ever been to. It started almost 45 minutes late. The comedy portion of the magic was screechy and outdated and took up about 1/2 the show time. The actual magic was amateurish at best. There was nothing unique and different or unusual. The Chris Angel you see on TV is way better produced than this show. His final trick, I actually saw him leave the stage after he told us he would by covering his head and face for no apparent reason. The entire show seemed to be an advertisement for a better show in Las Vegas. Oh and don't forget to buy your merchandise and pay to have your merchandise signed on the way out!

    Great Show!!!

Great show to take someone to. Very different and unique, and the fact of crowd participation really opens up for anyone going with anyone.

Exciting. Fantastic. Unbelievable. Just saw Criss Angel in Las Vegas and this show was definitely Las Vegas quality.
