    amazing and heartfelt

by Bee on 11/28/23The Museum at Bethel Woods - Bethel

this place is aboslutely amazing, it captured every little detail and how much woodstock made an impact on our country. I went with my father, a man who never sheds a tear, I caught him multiple times getting choked up with a few tears rolling down his cheek. It reminded him of his youth and the better days. I myself even shed some tears watching the 20 min movie they had. It was truly an experience I will never forget especially getting to share it with my dad.

    WOW

by Cindy on 9/17/23The Museum at Bethel Woods - Bethel

We had been wanting to see the museum at Bethel Woods for a few years, I was 12 in 1969 so I missed Woodstock. However the experience at the museum made me feel like I was there. Spent over 2 hours, walked the grounds which were beautiful, went to the monument. Absolutely the best! Thought the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame was great, this surpassed it! We will go again and again. So much to see!!

    Very cool

by Sparky31 on 9/9/23The Museum at Bethel Woods - Bethel

The museum was much more than I expected and the style fit me perfectly--not dry or slanted. Wish the store had something that would have summarized the content of the museum.

    Loved it!

by Ertzy on 9/9/23The Museum at Bethel Woods - Bethel

The museum was much more than I thought it would be. It touched on all the years of the 60’s, not just Woodstock, the clothes, the hair, what was on TV, what kind of cars, etc. Very informative with videos and interviews of people who never left the area after the concert. The movie theater at the end summarized all the good music and gave me goose bumps!

Wonderful time visiting the museum in Bethel. It’s tastefully done and the walk up to the original site was “interesting.”. If you have time - do the pilgrimage.
