The Limousines Tickets

I've been a long time fan of The Limousines, and I loved their first album. Their second album came out and I didn't think it was that great, but I figured it was still going to be a fun and danceable show. They only played songs from their second album and left. A 40 minute show where they didn't play any of their singles from their previous album. While the actual concert wasn't bad in terms of performance (lights, sound, etc.), the song choice was highly questionable. I understand that you want to promote your new album, but who plays just songs from their new album, especially when you only have 2 albums to pull songs from anyways (not counting the EP)?

I was really disappointed that they literally played Hush from start to finish without any changes or audience interaction between songs. Every song felt just like the one before. It was no better than listening to the album at home. None of the older songs were played. I was also disappointed when I realized that the Limousines were not the headliners! From the way the Masquerade and Ticketmaster's websites looked, they were the headliner. I might go to another show. I'm still hanging on the hope that their performances will be as fun as they used to be. :)

Don't ever miss a MONA concert. Ever. Buy their music. You won't regret it. Not only will you freaking love the music and performance, they are pretty good just to look at too. No one can rock skinny jeans like Nick Brown!

Dresses opened and they wer very cute! I will see them again. Limousines came on next and sucked so bad that I had to leave the building, but even outside I could hear their rap crap! Came back in to see Mona rock the rest of the night. I have seen them before and they ALWAYS deliver!! Still trying to understand the mix of music that night?

The Limousines deserve a review. I first saw them open up for "The Sounds" when the came to Anaheim 2 years ago. 2 albums later, they still kick ass. Highly recommend them, good vibe, good lyrics, and good self lighting. keep up the good work.
