Disappointed

We really enjoyed. The happiest concert I've been to, Thank you!
I had only heard the Klezmatics on the radio before this concert. Their performance at the Embassy was everything I had hoped for and more! These musicians are so talented on multiple instruments. Though their jazz-style pieces were also well done, all the traditional-style klezmer songs were the best! They are entertaining in word and song. In addition, the music and lyrics were very moving, touching. THANK YOU, KLEZMATICS!
The best music in the Catskills, had us jumping in our seats.
their music reminded us of eastern European gypsy music, very talented group of musicians they are. I expected more young people, which was not the case, but none the less this was an outstanding event.
We had a wonderful time at the show. The Artists were friendly with the audience. It was a fun Q and A. The music was wonderful. I would love to see them again.....
a rejuvenating experience: the music and the experience of very unique individuals who can blend their experiences and skills into traditional as well as new harmonies... You also experience their courage and humanity, Their two guests were particularly relevant in these days. Holly Near's I Ain't Afraid has been resounding in my ears.
Each musician played multiple instruments. The singing was so beautiful. Their rapport with each other was fun and they skillfully engaged the audience, I loved this show!
On Sunday morning my mother would have me turn on the radio and look for the N.Y. station that played Yiddish music. I only wish that my mother, father and grandfather were there. It is the reel thing
Lots of new, to me, songs, but Kletzmer music usually makes me want to get up and dance. This one didn’t do that. Perhaps because I heard a better Kletzmer band the week before, but I felt that this band lacked enthusiasm. The violinist, however, was amazing.
