Sean Lennon and Charlotte Kemp Muhl were born for the limelight. The son of John Lennon, Sean possesses one of the most enviable pedigrees in rock ‘n’ roll, and moel Kemp Muhl holds the distinction of being the youngest person ever to appear on the cover of Harper’s and Queen Magazine. The two met at Coachella in 2004 and hit it off instantly, though Lennon didn’t know about Kemp Muhl’s musical talent until a year into their relationship. After exploring their songwriting chemistry, the two debuted in 2010 with the appropriately named Acoustic Sessions. They spent years working on a follow-up to that intimate bow, and 2014’s Midnight Sun proved to be worth the wait.
