From points East – BostonTake I-84 West to Exit 50 (Main Street) At end of the ramp take a right onto Market Street. Theater is located one mile up on the left. Follow signs for free Comcast Theatre parking.

Take I-95 North to New Haven. At Exit 48 merge onto I-91 North. Follow to Exit 32B (Trumbull Street) At end of ramp take right onto Market Street. Theater is located one mile up on the left. Follow signs for free Comcast Theatre parking -or –

Take I-91 South to Exit 33 (Jennings Road) At the end of the ramp take a right. At first light take a left onto Weston Street. Theater is located 1 mile up on the right. Follow signs for free Comcast Theatre parking .
From points West - Danbury
Take I-84 East to Exit 50 (Main Street) At end of ramp take a left onto Windsor Street and an immediate right onto Pleasant Street. At the next light, take a left onto Market Street. Theater is located one mile up on the left. Follow signs for free Comcast Theatre parking .
Parking
PREMIER Parking is available for purchase in advance or on the day of the show (subject to availability) for most events. PREMIER Parking is located in the Main Lot. Entrance to this lot is at the end of Savitt Way. Advance purchase is available through Ticketmaster; hang tags for parking entrance will be sent by the venue directly to the customer 10 days prior to event. Hang tag will be required for entry.Based on availability, PREMIER parking is available for purchase on the day of show at the entrance to the lot with cash or credit cards. The rate will vary according to the event. Motorcycle and Limousine parking is available in the PREMIER Parking lot for a fee and is available for purchase on the day of show at the entrance to the main lot. Rates will vary according to event.

Box Office Hours
Box Office is located at the main entrance to the facility and is open on event days only. For evening performances the box office opens at 2pm. For all day events the box office opens at 10 am. The box office remains open on event evenings until 1 hour after published start time for the event.Types of Payment Accepted

Will Call is distributed from designated windows at the Box Office which is at the main entrance to the facility.Patrons will be asked to present their picture ID and the credit card used to make the purchase. All FESTIVAL STAGE @ COMCAST THEATER events are general admission, no reserved seats are sold for these events.ALL EVENTS ARE RAIN OR SHINE. There are no cancellations or refunds due to inclement weather.
Re-entry to the facility is not permitted.
All patrons are subject to search prior to entering the facility gates including the use of metal detectors.
Patrons are permitted to bring outside food into the venue, limited to the amount which fits in a 1 gallon, clear zip lock bag. Patrons are allowed to bring in one factory sealed bottle of water, up to one liter in volume (subject to artist approval).
The following items are NOT permitted – Alcohol, any beverages other than factory sealed water up to a gallon, drugs, fireworks, weapons of any type, signs or banners, coolers, glass containers, laser pointers, animals (with the exception of service dogs), or backpacks.
Camera Policy: Personal cameras are allowed in the venue. Flash photography, video and removable lens cameras are not permitted without venue approval.
The following items MAY BE prohibited depending on the event, expected attendance or artist request:
Small lawn chairs not exceeding 9” in height, blankets and umbrellas. When umbrellas are permitted they cannot be pointed.
Credit cards will only be accepted from the account holder and picture ID is required. NO CHECKS OR SECOND PARTY CREDIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED.
All Concessions stands accept cash and most locations accept credit cards.
Children Rules
Unless otherwise specified, all patrons 2 years of age and older require a ticket. For selected events a “family friendly” area may be designated on the lawn. The consumption of alcoholic beverages is prohibited in the family friendly area.Management is not responsible for artistic content and therefore we ask that parents use their discretion when deciding whether to purchase tickets for children.Unless otherwise specified, all patrons 2 years of age and older require a ticket.

Miscellaneous
Concessions :We offer a variety of food items at our concessions stands. Traditional event fare is offered as well as specialty items depending on the event.
Alcoholic beverages are served including a variety of beers and specialty drinks.
All concessions stands accept cash and most stands accept credit cards. ATMs are available once inside the facility.
Merchandise stands (t-shirts, programs and novelties) accept cash and major credit cards.
To purchase or consume alcoholic beverages, you must be at least 21 years of age and posses a valid photo drivers license, military photo ID or passport. Patrons who pass off alcoholic beverages to a minor are subject to ejection and prosecution. Minors accepting alcoholic beverages from another patron are also subject to ejection and prosecution.
