As always, The Feelies were incredible! I have seen them dozens of times over 30 years and just love them.

The band was great as ever but

by LV on 9/24/19Port City Music Hall - Portland

When the crowd stands the whole time you need a higher stage so the band can be seen. Also wish the bathrooms weren’t miles away.

Feelies put on a great show at a great venue

by face46 on 9/24/19Port City Music Hall - Portland

Portland gave a great welcome to the Feelies, with many people from the audience recalling their many shows in the city in their early years. First set was good, but they saved many of their most popular songs for the second set. Two encores of Velvet Underground songs, followed by another with Slipping (Into Something), probably their best known tune.

a length career of fining on all cylinders

by John Graveside on 9/24/19Port City Music Hall - Portland

The Feelies (at Port City Music Hall last night) put on an amazing show. Best time I’ve seen them play and I have seen them a LOT. No opening act, 2 sets and 3 multi song encores. They played newish songs as well as their classics. Sets tended to end with tracks from their energetic debut Crazy Rhythms (My personal favorite of theirs.) Encore #2 started with a haunting version of “All Tomorrows Parties” by the Velvet Underground, bassist Brenda Sauter handling the lead vocal. It had all the grindingly majestic delivery of the original. I moved from the reserved seating section down to the floor for the encores to realize the band was REALLY loud. Generally I don’t care for loud but for them it worked, made the delivery more intense. Adding to all this, the place was packed. The crowd was pretty well behaved during the songs and cheered loudly in between. At one point there was a quick pause and I swear to god you could hear a pin drop. Ran into percussionist Dave on the street while he was searching for a subway, chatted for 5ish minutes. Overall a great show from 5 people well into their 60s.

    A great musical experience everytime....

    by Rick53 on 9/26/16The Sinclair - Cambridge

The Feelies are one of America's least known, great rock groups. Every show they do is a gem. This one was no different. They did all the favorites through their rich catalogue. My wife and I have been fans since the early eighties, when we first heard them in J. Demme's "Something Wild". I started following them and haven't been let down ever since. We are lucky on the east coast that they will still hit the road and come up to Cambridge and play for us. The Sinclair is the right place to hear them. Small but special. One gets and intimate feeling wherever you are in the place. Easy going and friendly. We love going there. Especially to see the Feelies.

Another amazing show by The Feelies

    by Rick53 on 9/21/15The Sinclair - Cambridge

My wife and I love the Feelies and have seen them many times. They never fail to please and this show was no different. They were playing like they were on fire. All the hits you want to hear and a few new songs from their next album. They did cover songs for their encores. And did a great version of the Door's "Take it as it comes". It is truly a blast to see this band live and we feel very lucky that they still come to the Boston/Cambridge area.

Amazing show. The band did not disappoint!! Was hoping for some cool covers and they definitely delivered! I felt like I was back at the Paradise Rock Club in 1988!!

    Feeies doin' it again!

by Anonymous on 6/2/14The Sinclair - Cambridge

They're always great! Two really good sets. Highlights include alt version of Only Life, Deep Fascination and Way Down (from Here Before). Lowlights include too many encores - just stay out for a couple songs once!

    Feelies were phenomenal

by DrSchnee on 6/2/14The Sinclair - Cambridge

The Sinclair was a great venue for a great performance. The band was tight and energized, cranking through a great set list of their material with some awesome covers thrown in. Two sets, plus encores. This band is amazing! Can't wait for the next show.
