Box Office Hours

Tickets are sold only through Ticketmaster.com and Charge-by-Phone at 800-745-3000. If available, tickets will be sold at the Box Office on the day of the show only.

Will Call

Pick up Will Call orders at the Courtesy Booth located between Gates 4 & 5, 24-hours after purchase or up to 3 hours prior to show. Customers must present a photo I.D. and the order number/receipt from their purchase. Only the person who purchased the tickets can pick up the tickets. An alternate pick up name may be placed on the account by contacting Ticketmaster at (800)653-8000. Tickets remaining at Will Call will not be resold. Refunds will not be given for tickets not picked up.

All accessible seating is located on floor level.

General Rules

For the safety and security of all our guests, the following are not permitted through the gates at The Big E: Weapons (with or without permit); Ammunition; Knives, Alcohol/Drugs; Skateboards; Rollerblades; Luggage or other large bags. All bags, purses and other items are subject to search. No outside food, beverages, coolers or bottles permitted on the fairgrounds. No laser light, cameras or recording devices are allowed. Still photography is sometimes permitted-contact the box office for the camera policy pertaining to a specific event. No smoking inside the venue.

Children Rules

Children ages 2 and under are free; must sit on adult's lap. All guests over the age of 2 must have a ticket.

Miscellaneous

Management reserves the right to refuse admission and is not responsible for accidents, losses, damages to property or lost tickets. In accepting this ticket the purchaser agrees to assume all risks. May not be combined with any other offer.
NO REFUNDS/NO EXCHANGES

Outdoor, uncovered venue - all events will take place rain or shine. Single day admission to the Big E fair is included in ticket price.
