Average White Band Tickets

Have you ever had one of those nights that was just perfect in every way? Well, this concert was all of that and some more. Starting with the comfortableness of the Birchmere Music Hall having great food and great service. Then, we went on to rock out with Average White Band (AWB)! The musical talent of its members was outstanding. Oh, the sax, yes that sax, the vocals, drummer, keyboard and guitar. It was a full house, and boy, did we enjoy singing along, clapping, I even got a dance or two in there. 😊 The atmosphere was charged with excitement and participation. It was great to see all ages enjoying the concert. There were grandparents with their grandchildren, and the grandparents were rocking out so much that the grandchildren started rocking out too! When AWB decided to perform a slow jam, "Cloudy"oh, how they took me down memory lane. To hear "Cloudy"made me reminisce about those pleasant and happy days of my youth. I have listened to that song every day since the concert. All my favorites were performed. I am so, so happy that my friend and I attended the concert, and we were able to be there with AWB to "Pack Up the Pieces."It was indeed a "Funk Finale!"Although they have "Packed Up the Pieces,"AWB will remain a musical legacy for "generations to come."

This was one of the best concerts we've seen in years. The musicianship and vocal acuity for a farewell tour was AMAZING! Grateful to have been taken back to the great music of my teenage years. I'm so glad they're closing out on a high note!

The AWB experience was Bittersweet. The concert was Great, and the event was sold out. I'm telling you everyone was up on their feet dancing, singing, waving their hands in the air to their favorite AWB tunes. From the time they came on stage until they walked off, they Rocked the House. I have seen them several times and I've never been disappointed. If you're an AWB fan you really need to see them, I highly recommend it. Now that was the sweet part of the experience. The bitter part is "This Is It". Their Touring Days Are Over. This is their final Live Concert Tour. So, Go See Them and let them know how much you appreciate them for all the years they have been providing us with Great sounding Music.

I’ve seen AWB yearly for some time now. I must say that this last show at the Birchmere was amazing and the best I’ve seen. I hate to see them go, but we all deserve a rest. Great job!!

I feel so blessed to be able to see AWB perform before they retire. They were still as amazing as they were years ago. The Berchmere was a great venue to see this performance. I loved how people were dancing and singing every word to every song. This performance was a perfect 10 folks. The best of the very best.

The Average White Band proved once again, that they are worthy of being called a legendary band. The music was excellent and they covered all of the hits, over their 52 years in the music business. I truly felt honored to be part of their final performance in the Washington, D.C. area. They are a treasure and will be sorely missed.

They still got it!!! Just as good as when I first so them in CA. Great music for some really goooooood times!

AWB was an awesome show. Me and my friends thoroughly enjoyed it. We were standing and dancing throughout the show.

The AWB provided a really good concert finale! So glad I was able to witness one of their last concerts.

I see AWB every year, and EVERY year they deliver. The show was great, but it seemed shorter than previous years, but fully enjoyable nonetheless. The audience was singing along and dancing and just having good fun!!! Sadly, this is supposed to be their farewell tour...Insert sad face here!!!
