About Tacoma Wedding Expo
When you're planning one of the biggest, most memorable days of your life, you definitely want to be 100 percent prepared. A wedding expo can help ease the all-consuming stress of wedding planning while making your dream nuptials a reality.
As such, the Tacoma Wedding Expo, held three times a year at Tacoma, Washington's Tacoma Dome Exhibition Hall, should be one of your first stops as you plan your big day. The two-day showcase features the latest trends in wedding dresses, rings, suits, shoes, flowers, cakes, centerpieces, decor, and every last sparkling detail.
The Tacoma Wedding Expo is held at the start of each new year in January, but there's also a chance to catch the Spring Wedding Expo in March or the Fall Wedding Expo in September, which is especially important since styles and trends continually change with the season. During the expo, the region's finest wedding professionals come together under one roof, allowing you to meet face-to-face with various vendors all in less than a few hours.
No need to make individual appointments — you'll have a chance to talk with experts in wedding planning, venues, decor, floral arrangements, jewelry, clothing, hairstyling, food and wine, cake-making, and even honeymoon organizing. There's also a fashion show and gown sale, in which future brides can try on dresses from a vast and varied stock, featuring styles from dozens of local and international designers.
With everything in one place, it's possible to come in with nothing but a fiancé on Saturday and leave with a venue booked, a dress bought, and a dream wedding already set in motion on Sunday. Who said wedding planning needs to be stressful? This is an exciting, and often fruitful, weekend outing for brides-to-be as well as their family and friends. Attending the Tacoma Wedding Expo can make the lead-up to your big day almost as fun as saying "I do."

This wedding expo ended up costing more than the Seattle one & it was a lot smaller. Same thing with parking. Was a waste of time & a waste of money
$16 tickets, $20 parking and literally 20 wedding vendors. Awful. Terrible. Not worth the time.
I always enjoy the Wedding Expo. It's nice to talk to the Vendors face to face. I am so glad they offer 2 for 1 tickets and coupons for the Expos all the time.
I've been to the Expo many years before and was very pleased with the outcome. This year though I was highly disappointed. The vendor list has dwindled by far and the majority of the ones in attendance were not friendly at all. You walked by and looked at them to start conversation and they would turn back to one of their team members at their booth to chat instead with them. I noticed they did this to most everyone walking by. Was just sad. I do not think I'll be returning with more of my friends who are getting married anytime soon.
