T.J. MILLER is on his way to Australia for his first time with his hilarious The Nonsense Tour. Miller is one of the most sought after comedians in the comedy world, but not in the drama world, or the finance world. Named one of Variety’s “Top 10 Comics to Watch,” and EW's “Next Big Things in Comedy”, you may recognize his non-animated face and body from his roles in Deadpool, Transformers 4, and Mike Judge’s HBO comedy series Silicon Valley.  His podcast "Cashing in with T.J. Miller" is listened to by 12 and 1⁄2 people, and he is a nationally touring standup artist, crisscrossing the country listening to Kris Kross (he's also done shows in the U.K. and Puerto Rico (Puerto Rico did not go well)). 

He has been performing his absurdist observational stand-up act for over 10 years, and recorded his Comedy Central stand-up special T.J. Miller: No Real Person and hip-hop/pop/folk music album "The Extended Play E.P." He hosted Comedy Central’s Mash-Up, a mashup of standup, sketches and visualizations, and has appeared on Chelsea Lately more than most women his height. He got his start touring with Second City in Chicago and improvising with Annoyance Theater, iO, and managers at electronics stores asking why he was late and smelled like gin. 

Miller has been in a number of major studio films including She’s Out of My League, Seeking A Friend For The End Of The World, Rock of Ages, Our Idiot Brother, Yogi Bear 3D, Get Him To The Greek, How To Train Your Dragon, and Christmas Party. He resides in Hollywood, California, where he struggles to find meaning in an uncertain world. He is a comedian.

    Wish he was funny

    It just seemed like he didn't meet my expectations I thought he would do jokes that would make me laugh. But never did

    This is a great room and I love how they book fantastic comedians, as well as free open mics which I’m going to tomorrow night. TJ was amazing. I will go see him anywhere he’s around. Thanks again. Also, the staff was very accommodating getting us right up front when we arrived an hour early much appreciated

    Great Show

    It was great to have the invite to the bar beforehand with “early” entrance to the show room. We had great seats and didn’t feel too crammed together. All the openers were great and T.J. was amazing!!! We had a fantastic time!

    TJ was hilarious, but the….

    Incessant chatting of the millennials was obnoxious. The wait staff told them to be quiet multiple times, but it really didn’t help. I am curious why they just didn’t go to a bar? Because they had to post on social media that they went out to see comedy? We had a good time regardless. Our server was awesome too!

    Loved the show, this guy is hilarious love his humor. You can tell the guys a pro, I would definitely see another TJ MIller again when the opportunity arises.

    I laughed so hard my face hurt

    Prior to buying my tickets to see T.J. Miller, I was only aware of him as a comedy actor. I had no idea that he did stand-up, and I was completely unprepared for how hilarious and amazing his stand-up would be. I was laughing so hard I couldn't breathe and my face hurt from laughing at multiple times. I loved the fact that I found him so hilarious and he had so little political comedy (which I do also love, but it was refreshing). Also the inclusion of the trombone and juggling was fantastic. I can't wait for the next time he comes to Boston so I can see him again and maybe bring some friends!
