Just didn't seem to be as exciting this year. I hope it's better next year.

    Circus was memorable.

by TribbeyCrew on 4/20/11Cincinnati Gardens - Cincinnati

The Circus was very memorable. I am a mother of 4, ages 15, 12, 6 and 2. This is one of the few places I can take all the kids and everyone enjoys the day. We had great seats if the attactractions were facing us but we got the back of everything. The elephants were doing tricks and all we could see was the back of them. I wished they would have incorperated both side of the stage or done the "trick" on both sides. The rides were expensive. $10 to ride an elephant was a little much. In the past it was only $5 and in these hard times they would have made more money to offer it at a lower price, more ppl would have considered spending the money. The carnival rides were a great addition but it was so packed with no where to walk that is was very hectic. The clowns were great as usual. I did miss the petting zoo and hope they bring this back in the future. All in All it was an amazing time, getting to spend the day with my family and enjoying the circus!

    best circus around

by shawnaawsome on 4/19/11Cincinnati Gardens - Cincinnati

fantastic, unforgettable! But i suggest getting there early, a family tried taking our seats. Other then that , it was great food and souvenirs are a little over priced. Most clowns were friendly except 1 that we ran into, maybe having a bad day Overall great experience,

    Ringling Bros vs. Shrine

by strwbery on 4/19/11Cincinnati Gardens - Cincinnati

I went to both Ringling Bros and the Shrine Circus and I must say that Shrine is better than the proclaimed Greatest Show on Earth!!!!! Hands down I will go to the Shrine Circus every year. Having rides and games before the show, during intermission and after has to be a parents dream and guaranteeing that if you buy a ticket for something you will get to do it makes long lines not matter.

It was perfect day. I came with my girlfriend and her 4 years old daughter. We really liked the idea and the idea of the three arenas.
