The Swiftel Center is located in Brookings, South Dakota. Brookings offers two major roadways leading to the Center: I-29 and US Hwy 14. The Swiftel Center is on the North side of Hwy 14, just east of the interstate.

Parking

The main parking lot is on the south side of the Swiftel Center. There are overflow parking lots to the north and to the east of the facility. Parking attendants are on-hand for major events. There is no parking fee at the Swiftel Center.

Box Office Hours

The Swiftel Center Box office is open 10-4 Monday through Friday. On a show date, the box office is open from 10:00 am to show time.

Will Call

Will Call is located at the box office at the main entrance. To claim will call orders, customers must present a valid photo I.D. and the credit card that the order was placed with.

Accessible Seating

Accessible seating is located in sections 201-207(depending on event configuration). The Elevator is located at the main entrance. Please call the Box Office for more information at (605)692-7539.

Children Rules

Children ages 3-12 are eligible for child rate tickets. Child ticket prices are determined on an event-by-event basis by each promoter. Some events do not offer Child ticket prices. Children under 3 are expected to sit on a parent's lap, and therefore, do not need a ticket. If an individual seat is desired, a ticket must be purchased.

Miscellaneous

Group Sales are organized by Molly Eich, the Box Office Manager. A Group is any party of 20 or more in which you may receive premium seat or discount offers. The Swiftel Center offers a unique combination of space for a variety of events, including conventions, trade shows, meetings, concerts of various sizes, rodeos, basketball games, circuses, and other family shows.
