    Luke is a natural

by shangalang on 7/20/13House of Blues Dallas - Dallas

THE best way to see this man perform. Up close and personal. Loved it! The Cambridge Room at the HOB is not a large place, but if you get there early for a big name act, you will never want to go anywhere see. I don't know what to say about Steve that hasn't already been said about him. The man is too humble. He's very gifted and I wished he would come around more often. He claims promoters keep him from touring the states. That's why when you here of him or Toto playing somewhere, it's usually overseas. If for some reason you here of him playing close to you, you better go. You will not be disappointed.

    Steve O

by bigjammy on 7/20/13House of Blues Dallas - Dallas

The best show I have seen this year. Live music played, NO TRACKS running in the background. Four excellent musicians.

    Steve Lukather - Great Event

by KEDCS on 10/26/11The GRAMMY Museum - Los Angeles

Wonderful opportunity to see, hear, and meet Steve Lukather. Although he is probably best known as a member of Toto - his musical career spans decades and includes playing with some music greats like Paul McCartney, Michael Jackson, Miles Davis, Eddie Van Halen and more. A magic evening with a living legend in a small venue. Great interview! Steve is a guy you'd want to hang out with even if he wasn't famous - just a great guy.

Amazing performance by Steve and his bandmates!

by Jadesocal on 10/26/11The GRAMMY Museum - Los Angeles

I bought the tickets online and picked them up at the door. Each ticket came with a CD, which was a nice bonus. We had trouble finding our seats because people didn't take their assigned seats so my boyfriend and I were separated, but thankfully, a nice gentleman gave us his seat so we could sit together. The interview with Steve was funny and it revealed how Steve became a great musician, his influences, his experience... He was very funny and has tons of stories to share. The band played 3 songs, which were amazing. Due to the small size and intimate atmosphere of the theater, the sounds could be heard and felt through vibrations and it was very good! Overall, we had a great time. Thank you Amex for the event. Thank you Steve and friends. Thank you Mike my love for being my sweetheart.

    Luke's Birthday

by Hecker on 10/23/09Roxy Theatre - Hollywood

couldn't miss Luke and his amazing band on his birthday at the The Roxy...knew it would be a blast as Luke likes to have fun even on a regular night out....what can I say?....aside from Hendrix, Beck, Page, Clapton and Vaughn, he is my fav cause he can do any of that and more...he's a fabulous jazz , blues and rock player...he can shred with the best and then bring you to tears with emotion as on his tribute to his best bud Jeff Pocaro, on "A Song For Jeff"...worth the price of admission alone!...he is a fun, sweet , and humble guy, oozing with talent...no Toto songs which was cool (even though I enjoy those too), and played a stellar version of Michael Landau's "I'm Buzzed"... David Paich (Toto) came out and killed it on "Shine On You Crazy Diamond" for the encore...smokin hot band with Steve Weingart on keys, a mind blower of a drummer in Eric Valentine and killer bass player Carlitos Del Puerto...if you've never seen Luke, don't miss him next time around

This was the finale of a two year tour, and you could feel it was a special event. All Lukather's family and friends were there and it was pretty touching at times. The music was great, including the opening act, Trev Lukather with Slide Away. Lukather is a great guitarist, great song writer, and overall great entertainer.

Lukather Concert Rocked the Coach House!

by icuRN on 10/18/09Coach House - Capistrano - San Juan Capistrano

Trev was awesome!!!!!!My son was blown away by how well he plays and how down-to-earth he was by stopping at our table and having pics taken. What a guy!! Was awe struck by Steve, too.Just disappointed he didn't show any interest in mingling with his fans after he played.Just disappeared after the show.Guess you have to pay bigger bucks at a European concert to get a pic with Steve? Great bands all around.Wonderful evening.Enjoyed every minute!
