Very disappointed. Traveled almost 2 hours to see this show. There were 5 comedians and the only one that made anyone in the audience laugh was the second to last comedian. Some were so bad we had to get up and walk away. Very tough show to sit through unfortunately.
Great show with outstanding talent. fun to have a chance to vote. Dinner was delicious and lines down both sides of the buffet tables moved the crowd through quidkly. It was a positive receptive crowd, and the B.O.B. was a good venue. The only downside was the hosts who greeted/seated us. We arrived over an hour early. The room was 80% empty at that point. They seated us at the front table with our backs to the stage. When we asked to be seated at another table, they initially refused us and others who arrived behind. When I finally said "We arrived an hour early. We are not sitting with our back to the stage!" they reluctantly and begrudgingly agreed to seat us at another table. Totally uncalled for! They were not friendly, talked to several people at one time, and then treated patrons like they were an inconvenience The wait staff were great. It was only the hosts. Next time they should ask "where would you like to sit?" They would still end up with a full room, but a lot happier and less annoyed customers.
I had a splendid time with my date. The food was good, we shared a table right in front of the stage with some lovely interesting people. The comedians were fantastic and each and every one split my sides and hurt my cheeks from smiling and laughing. My date enjoyed herself as well and really gave us a lot to talk about the rest of the evening.
I feel that all of the comedians were good. A few were great, just unbelievably funny. I would have liked to have had a more comfortable place to sit. That's probably my only negative. All in all, wonderful show.
Absolutely hilarious. I laughed so hard, my face hurt as well as my sides and stomach. I hope this becomes an annual event.
We enjoyed both the dinner and show. BOB provided good service and more space than most comedy clubs. We'll be at the 2nd annual if we can.
Three of the 5 "finalists" were terrible and should not have been given the venue. The other two were funny, but not nearly so as the free venue we attended sponsored by Bud Light on Tuesday at the Orbit Room.
Thoroughly enjoyed all the comics that performed. Am looking forward to next year!
I thought that this was a fun thing to go to on a Friday night. The comidians were funny and it was cool that we got to vote for who we liked the most.
