Southwest International PRCA Rodeo Tickets

This is a good rodeo, but the attendance is poor. We sat near the rough stock shoots so we got to see some good bulls and horses close up. The roping events were fun to watch. My wife gets excited when the barrel riders enter the arena. We are disappointed by the attendance. We are from South Texas and spent Friday and Saturday nights at Bo's Rodeo and Mansfield Park in Bandera. Folks need to come out and see a good show.

Fun rodeo. Not necessarily the top ranking cowboys and cowgirls. but lots of fun.

This was a waste of time. The participants were mere novices. When there are 12 or so bulls ridden and no one even makes it past 3 seconds, you know the talent is lacking. Most all of the events were this way. There were only six participants in the bareback bronc riding, SIX ! The one event that was competitive was the barrel racing and that probably because the horses do all the work.

Getting the tickets was easy and got the seats we wanted. We enjoyed the Rodeo because the Grandkids are older 10 thru 13 and they understood what was going on. The PA system was really bad. The announcer was not clear and the interaction between the announcer and the Rodeo Clown was lost due to poor PA system. We missed a lot of the jokes. The TV Screen was not that clear and really small. Again the background music was muffled . The Clowns were FANTASTIC and did a great job keeping the contestants safe. and the stunts were funny. It was great to be at the Coliseum again. Need more vendors with Cowboy hats and western wear available, we would have bought new hats and stuff for the kids. All things considered we had a fun evening!

Same clown shows. Only excitement was the riders. Attendance was low. I have seen much better in the past years.
