* take Exit 47 "Downtown New Haven" to the Route 34 Connector
* Take Exit 1 off Route 34 "Downtown New Haven"
* Go Straight to the light and make a Right onto Church Street
* At third light, make a Left onto Chapel Street

* Take exit 59. At end of ramp, take Right onto Route 69 which turns into Whalley Avenue
* Continue straight on Whalley Avenue for approximately 3 miles
* Upon entering Yale Univerity area (be prepared for right hand turn at corner of small green) take a Right onto College Street
* Go straight through light, Shubert Theater is the second building on the Left

9:30am to 5:30pm. Saturday 10:00am to 3:00pm, Closed Sunday. Open during all shows.

Everyone entering the Theater must have a ticket, regardless of age.
Children under the age of three and babes in arms will not be permitted except when otherwise indicated.

Miscellaneous

The Shubert New Haven is operated by CAPA, a Connecticut Not-For-Profit Organization.
Opened in 1914 the Shubert has just 1600 seats - built for the "live theater experience": intimate, personal and immediate.
The Shubert maintains comprehensive education and community outreach programs.

Theater Tours - Call Shubert Administrative Office (203.624.1825) to arrange a tour of the theater including
the "grafitti walls" featuring artwork from dozens of shows and hundreds of famous signatures. Tours are not available while a show is in residence.

The Shubert is located in the heart of downtown New Haven home of Yale University, the historical New Haven green and an amazing array of restaurants. While in the area, take a tour of the Yale campus; visit the Peabody Museum and the
Yale Center for British Art. The Shubert is conveniently located less than an hour away from Foxwoods Resort and Casino.
