This show and the atmopshere were great. I really enjoyed the venue and the seating was great.

Great show! Great tribute to Pink Floyd. I had been waiting several years for another pink floyd tribute band to come into town and finally got the show I've been waiting for. For the heavy pink floyd fans, a must see show !! I would definitely purchase tickets again to go see these guys !!

Overall the concert was awesome! The chick playing keyboards and saxophones was by far the best musician up there.

Yes this was not Pink Floyd but they were high quality musicians who did a great job with the music.

One of the best concert experiences I've had. This band did a great job capturing the pink Floyd spirit and the music was fantastic!!! The show itself was entertaining and I really enjoyed my time. easily a 5 star event!!

We were able to see the first onstage performance for this show. It was really good and I am hopeful to see it after it has removed all the lighting, sound, and staging kinks out of it which I am sure will happen. Really enjoyed the music, but knew they were struggling with the sound and light crew. The musicians has fantastic talent!

Shine On: The Definitive Pink Floyd Experience carries enough intrigue to attract any die hard Floyd fan. From a musical perspective, Shine On (the band) doesn't disappoint as a well oiled, and technically sound tribute band. Their sound is excellent, and, for the most part, they deliver the classics in a manner that will please even the most discriminating Floyd aficianado. What is confusing is the juxtaposition of a very tired and old laser show with the live performance of the tribute band. The audience is confronted with trying to meld together a solid rock performance with a myriad of symbols, graphics, lasers and videos that consume the background. Put on the provided 3-D glasses and you now get mediocrity multiplied by 9. With today's graphic capabilities, the use of this shows laser artistry is pretty mediocre and rudimentary. Attend a Trans-Siberian Orchestra concert and you get an impact that brings the hair on your neck to full attention. The Pink Floyd Experience left you with trying to resurrect that feel you had in 1988 when you saw this type of show touring around the country. I was shocked to see a continual flow of people migrating out of the show early. During the first set, several people around got up and left permanently. This was quite undeserved because the band was doing an admirable job delivering the entire track of Dark Side of the Moon. However, during the final songs of the second set, a continual flow of people got up and left before the completion of the encore song. Again, the audience reaction was probably a combination of two things. First, and continually mentioned in this review, the fans were confused. Were they at a rock concert or a laser show? Second, the band started to experience some significant mixing issues with microphones during the final 30 minutes of the show. The lead singers microphone was inaudible and the mixing for the lead guitar was poor during Comfortably Numb. While the lead guitarists appeared to be wailing away, the sound had his guitar mixed equally with the rythmn and drums. Lot of work necessary to get this right. Two areas that did stand out were the musical versatility of the female electric piano/synthesizer player who also added vocals and a wide arrange of various saxophones. This is one very talented musician. The other impressive feature was the vocals of the lead singer. He had an amazing ability to channel Gilmour and Waters while keeping his own sound. Shine On, sans the laser background, would be a great concert. San Antonio was the first show for 2014 and it is apparent that work needs to be done. Yet, the performance at the Majestic Theatre was just OK with a lot of technical issues needing to be tightened.
