A San Francisco favorite, Scott is not for the meek of heart. Edgy, raw and dirty, he has been seen on Comedy Central, and is a regular on Sarah and Vinnie's morning radio show on Alice 97.3. He has toured all over the world, and he is a regular at the Montreal Comedy Festival and the Edinburgh Comedy Festival. He has also appeared in the feature films Mrs. Doubtfire and Star Wars - The Phantom Menace. Warning - This show is not for the easily offended!

This is our fifth time seeing Scott at the Punchline. He is always super funny, every time, and the Punchline is a great venue as it is just the right size for enjoying a show there. We try to go every time he is there as he always has a new program, great comic.
Omg! This soul has me cracking up and it was alls o naturally flowed. Definitely will watch him again. He is now one of my favs!!
All 3 comedians were fabulous that night and omg Scott Capurro absolutely killed it! Came out guns blazin and we laughed our as*es off!! Love his old-school approach…Great show!!
The venue was OK, friendly staff, small environment. Food was just snacks really. There is a 2 drink minimum which is OK by me. Drinks are expensive but it's SF so go figure. If you watch Scott Capuros 3-4 minute video on youtube you'll hear some of his funniest stuff and get a sense of his humor. His range in humor is very narrow - basically he says he's gay and then make a ton of "hey I'm gay" jokes that were probably much funnier in the 1990s. All three comedians together put on a 90 minute show so now I understand why the event tickets were so inexpensive. The second comedian, french lady - can't recall here name - was the best of the three.
He was great. I was in a group of four in which two people had never experienced him. They both were laughing out loud during much of the performance. I have seen him four or five times and I try to go every time he plays at the Punch Line.
Unfortunately, I missed half the show because Scott's lightning-fast mind exceeded the speed of my ability to think, and he had already cleared another joke before I got through laughing at the last one. The material was fresh, clever, and thought-provoking, even if in a disgusting way. It's gay-themed, but broad in its appeal. The downside of gay marriage, for instance, is shared by us all. He works the crowd with ease and expertise. (Hint, don't sit in the first row if you value your privacy.) Scott celebrates diversity by insulting everyone. As in any performance, of course, there is room for improvement: Scott, Godzilla comes from Japan, not China (but I'll bet you know that and the joke is on me). Finally, see him at your own risk; when someone in the front row cringed when Scott described - in anatomically complete detail - what his step-father did to him, Scott looked down at him and, with hands on hips, said, "Look! You paid for the whole show, and the whole show is what you're going to get!"
He used me and my wife in his jokes as the old people because I have gray hair. Funny part is I am only 4 years older than Scott. We had more fun at this show than any other comedy show we have been to or watched on TV.
The show was refreshingly funny. Most comedians these days are too cautious and thus not funny due to being so worried about offending people. The reason we went to this show in the first place was because it stated that it was not for those easily offended. The content and delivery had us laughing all night and talking about it the next day. I would highly recommend this show to those who don't have thin skin and enjoy a good laugh!
Scott is one in a million...so sick of the watered down comedy out there. Maybe he's not PC, but he's hilarious...bring it Scott!!! I brought 2 friends who loved it...we can't wait to see you again!
