SCORPIONS IN CONCERT:
German band Scorpions has been electrifying audiences since the early '70s with their signature hard-rocking melodic metal and power ballads. With the 2010 release of their 17th studio album Sting in the Tail, the band proved that age had far but mellowed them, kicking off another high-energy tour that has fans eagerly awaiting the chance to see them in 2014.
FANS WHO BOUGHT TICKETS SAY:
"What a blistering, incredible and energetic concert the Scorpions put on tonight at American Airlines Center. Wailing guitar riffs and solos, thundering rhythms, and of course Klaus Meine's signature, crystal clear, high tenor voice soaring across the arena…Tonight the teenage boy in me returned for one last concert with my favorite band ever."
"The Scorps sounded AWESOME and the energy was AWESOME. They were having so much fun on stage and it showed…They were very interactive with their fans by throwing guitar picks and drumsticks whenever they had the chance!"
"This band still sounds amazing, and their body of work is awesome…They put on a great show as always and I would love to see them again!"
BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
Scorpions are one of the most successful European bands in music history, having sold over 100 million albums worldwide. Formed in 1969, their early hard rock albums gained attention in Europe and Japan, but it wasn’t until they dropped more radio-friendly albums like 1982's Blackout and 1984's Love At First Sting that they found international fame. Over the years the band has developed a reputation for being an outstanding live act, with Klaus Meine delivering some of the most pitch-perfect live vocals in the history of rock.
Great concert nice venue I would highly recommend it
The Bakkt theater is a very impressive venue in the center of the shops in Planet Hollywood's mall. The venue is great. Sound was fantastic. Stage was fascinating. Every seat was great. The Scorpions used all of the space well. Their set was tailored to Las Vegas. The residency was great. I am biased because I am a huge fan of the Love at First Sting album. I was not disappointed. I have seen hundreds of concerts and this one will be memorable for a long, long time.
Attending the “Scorpions, 'Love at First Sting' concert in Las Vegas was like stepping into a true Vegas-style production of rock excellence. From the moment they hit the stage, the energy was palpable, and the atmosphere was electric. They flawlessly delivered all the greats from their iconic album, taking us on a journey through hits that have stood the test of time. But it wasn't just about the music; it was a visual spectacle too. The stage design, lighting, and effects added a dynamic layer to the experience, elevating it to a whole new level of entertainment. The Scorpions truly know how to captivate an audience and leave them wanting more. If you're in Vegas and craving an unforgettable night of rock and roll, look no further than the Scorpions' 'Love at First Sting' concert. It's a five-star experience that will leave you buzzing with adrenaline and memories that will last a lifetime. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
So motivating and meaningful! They sound so good and precisely LOUD! My adult kids were there with my wife and I. They grew up listening to the Scorpions with me. They listen to a different genre, yet they stated this is the best concert they have attended! I felt so good throughout and after the concert. I am still in Vegas and now plan on going again tomorrow!!!!
It was a great show, these guys are still rocking it! The event was awesome, great opener (Ugly Kid Joe) were good too, but the Scorpions killed it! Nice theatre, I would defiygo see another concert there!
Scorpions great but with Ugly Kid Joe as the opener. Prefer similar genre. Consider Queensryche, Tesla, Skid row again.
The band still has it. Klaus continues to sound like and Angel. Venue, crowd and Band vibing. This is a must see for any Rock enthusiast
Band sounds great even after all these years. Klaus still can sing!
It was an awesome concert I’ve been too. 40 years later Love at First Sting. Was not disappointed, giving it 👍🏼👍🏼
Great concert and experience. Only thing I’d change is skipping a few less known songs for fan favorites…
