From North - ie. L.A. Freeway 5 SOUTH to Front Street/Civic Center off ramp. This off ramp forks: - Take LEFT portion of off ramp which brings you to 2nd Avenue. - Turn RIGHT onto 2nd Avenue and continue three (3)blocks to A Street where 2nd Avenue terminates. - Immediately in front of is the entrance to the Concourse Parking structure. .................
From North County - Inland (Escondido, etc.) Freeway 15 South to Freeway 163 South all the way into downtown San Diego to 10th Avenue (163 becomes 10th Avenue). - Stay on 10th Avenue for two (2) blocks to "B" Street (one-way street going West).

Park in the Concourse Parkade, located adjacent to the Civic Theatre. Public Parking is also available throughout the area for various rates.

Public Transportation
San Diego trolley stops at City Center (3rd and C Street).
