Sam Moore Tickets

The event was everything we were looking for; great food, good people, elegant atmosphere, the works. In addition, the hotel staff was a great help when we had to respond to an urgent business communication. The entertainment was great. The Boogie Knights were a lot of fun, and Sam Moore was a blast. The only down check I would give is that the mix was off for Moore's performance; too much bass, and high end, making it hard to enjoy the legendary songs. All in all, a great night; we made some friends, and we plan to do it again!

room decorations - set up with dance floor and eating stations were great! Boogie Nights band was fantastic. Fast paced very good energy. DJ was mediocre especially considering this was NYE with couples and not a club. Plenty of chances to play at least a couple of slow songs and didn't. I finally went up to him when the dance floor had only two people dancing at the break before Sam Moore and asked him to play at least one slow song. Kept playing songs with no response on the floor.. finally gave in to the weekclub move and played electric slide and cha.....when he did FINALLY play a slow song the dance flow totally filled!!! Unfortunately, only played maybe 30 seconds stopped to a huge moan by the crowd. It was time to staet the second act.
