Sam Hunt was simply great at his performance at Ascend Amphitheater in Nashville. Chris Janson and Maren Morris were certainly great in their own right as opening artists.
The Ascend Amphitheater was an excellent venue. Sam Hunt is freaking amazing! My only complaint is the amount of money that we spent on the CID "House Party Experience" - VIP ticket - did NOT include a picture with Sam. This was the first time I ever paid that much money for a VIP ticket!! I was very disappointed that VIP did not include a Meet & Greet.
Asesome music and great Venue. I would return for other concerts here. I would also see all of the performers again.
I feel I paid too much for what the artists delivered. I can't be the only one who expected longer sets over a 4 hour show. Sam, Maren and Chris had 3 of the top 5 chart spots simultaneously at one point in August. The show was sold out and overall the performances were good. Sam's set configuration expanded and contracted to reflect the song's magnitude. I understand supply and demand. I also recognize greed. I paid $78 for my ticket. It was too much for what the artists delivered. The Ryan did 25 mins, Chris did 30 mins and Maren 35 minutes. Headliner Sam Hunt did 75 minutes. Compared to Brad Paisley's 110 minutes for less money or the obscenely long Eric Church's 3 hours for less money for a similar seat, I feel ripped off. There was a 30 minute gap between Maren and Sam's sets. Awful! Please play for us considering I spent a lot of money for that ticket.
Sam Hunt was great! The venue was also great! I had been waiting to see Sam in concert for a while and I wasn't disappointed!

Took my little girl to see Sam Hunt. Had her nap all day.. tickets said starts at 7, first act not on until 8:30, Sam Hunt not on until 9:30.. we arrived at 8 thinking he would go on around 8 ish 8:30ish.. needless to say she made it through maybe 3 Sam Hunt songs.. great what we saw, with we could have known better what time the show would actually begin.

Excellent concert! Lets have more Country music in Manhattan!! Drinks were a bit too expensive...even for a person from the Hamptons!!
