About

SAINTS OF VALORY IN CONCERT:

Comprised of band members from Brazil, Canada, France, and the United States, Saints of Valory has the potential to reach a worldwide audience -- and that's exactly what they're doing with their killer brand of arena-ready rock. From the shimmering guitar solos of "Neon Eyes" to the pounding drums and shout-a-long chorus of "Kids", the quartet's epic pop rock songs have drawn comparisons to Coldplay, U2, and The Killers. In concert their energy and charisma earn them rave reviews from audiences who can't get enough of the blissful live experiences. With their tasteful blend of irresistible pop hooks, emotional lyrics, and anthemic choruses, Saints of Valory are a must-see live act that ticket buyers will be talking about for years to come.

BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:

Singer and bassist Gavin Jasper and guitarist Godfrey Thomson struck up a childhood friendship in Jasper's native Rio de Janiero, Brazil, while their parents were working as missionaries. They bonded over their love for music and kept in touch for years, even after their families went their separate ways. In 2008 they reunited in Rio de Janiero, with Thomson bringing along his friend, French drummer Gerard Labou. The trio posted several early songs on Myspace and relocated to Austin, TX after attracting attention from U.S. independent record labels. Keyboardist Stephen Buckle joined their lineup in 2010, just in time for the band's debut EP Bright Lights. In 2012 their sophomore EP Kids landed on iTunes' Top Rocks Albums Chart and they were named one of Billboard's Top Unsigned Artists. The following year they inked a deal with Atlantic Records that resulted in two more EPs -- 2013's Possibilities and 2014's V. The band has gained major traction on the live circuit with show-stopping appearances at festivals including South by Southwest and Coachella, and they've toured with Mumford & Sons, One Republic, and Phillip Phillips. With a highly anticipated debut full-length album in the works, ticket buyers are chomping at the bit to see this buzzworthy band in concert.

Saints of Valory did not disappoint!

by Shep113 on 3/2/15Brighton Music Hall - Boston

This group is incredible! Caught them when they opened for Eric Hutchinson last year, and now I'm hooked! The new songs sound promising. Can't wait for them to come back to Boston!

    Saints of Valory rock!

by sherry1207 on 12/12/14Club Nokia - Los Angeles

I heard Saints of Valory tonight at Club Nokia and they were simply amazing. They opened for another band which was a major disappointment because they were not able to do an encore. I will definitely look for them in the future.

Trapdoor Social was the best from all 4

by daddyoo521 on 8/16/13House of Blues Chicago - Chicago

I think the first Queued up was a lot better. Saints of Valory wasn't as good as i thought they were going to be. If Trapdoor Social wasn't at Queued up it would have been terrible.
