Tickets were $27.00 for the two $13.50 each. Bill getting them on line $61.00. Don't mind some expense for the convenience but really the city owns this building and they let this go on.
The Sanford Center is a beautiful building. My problems were a) not many ways to get up to my seats. If there was a fire or an emergency evacuation it would have been chaos. And b) they wouldn’t let us leave and come back during the sessions. Now I understand they want us to eat their food there, but when you are at an ALL DAY WRESTLING TOURNAMENT waiting for your child to wrestle you have a LOT of time to kill. Not being able to leave and come back during the day was horrible. The seats aren’t comfortable for long periods of sitting and like I said..we were restricted on where we could go. Next time, the center needs to let us come and go as we need to.
The best seats are on your couch. The seats here are made for tiny babies and you’re a long way from the action
The action was great at this weekends state a wrestling tournament. Premier center was great venue since we were closer to action than in previous years. Not sure the same will be true in 2 years when A and B will be combined. Also there was confusion whether or not our tickets reserved us a seat or were just general admission. Adults want a reserved seat. We want to sit in our schools section without worrying about fighting for a seat.
Limited parking for Handicapped and partially used-Open Handicapped Areas in Blocked Area on SW Side. Parking Sucked for Handicapped! Expensive Food! $5 for a slice of pizza, $3 for bottled water, $3.50 of for pop, $6.50 for popcorn, etc... So Not FAMILY FRIENDLY WITH YOUNG CHILDREN! Noticed a security guy making a lady empty her diaper bag-thus having a baby in a carrier! What do they expect- No baby bottles, diapers, wipes, formula, etc... Cramped seating with little leg room, but seats were comfortable... SDPTV cameramen in way during finals, when they could have been above people videoing the event in a sky booth....
