What are the box office phone numbers?

When is the box office open?

The Box Office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. On football game days, the Box Office will open at 9:00 AM or 3 hours prior to kickoff (whichever occurs earlier) and will ramin open until the conclusion of the game.

What payment types are accepted?

On game days the Box Office accepts cash only. All other days they will accept Visa, MasterCard and cash.

What are the will call rules?

Will Call tickets can be picked up during Box Office hours on game day only at the Main Ticket Office, located at the south end of the stadium. Customers must present the actual credit card used to place the order, a valid picture ID, and the confirmation number.

What are the parking options at Ryan Field?

There is no day-of-game parking at Ryan Field. Street parking around the stadium is extremely limited, and violaters will be towed. If you do not have a season parking permit, proceed to the designated campus and city parking lots to avoid congestion. The east and west side stadium lots are reserved for season ticket holders only. There are many free parking lots. Please contact the Ticket Office for specific campus and city parking lot locations. Recreational Vehicle parking is $30/day at campus lot #2. Overnight parking is permitted. Other parking is available at the campus parking lots with shuttle bus service to the stadium.

What are the general rules of Ryan Field?

Cameras and recording devices are not permitted into the stadium. Bottle, cans, coolers and alcoholic beverages are prohibited.

Are children allowed?

All guests, regardless of age, must hold a ticket.
