RiverCentre Parking

Directions:

From the NORTH:
* I35E South to 10th/Wacouta Street exit. Go right on 10th St. or straight on Wacouta, look for parking you are only a 5-10 minute walk to RiverCentre.

From the SOUTH:
* I35E North to Randolph Ave exit. Go right on Randolph Ave, left on 7th St. and after you cross Grand Ave look for parking, you are only a 5-10 minute walk from the RiverCentre.
* Hwy 52 North to 7th St exit. Turn left after you cross Wall Street, look for parking, you are only a 5-10 minute walk from RiverCentre.

From the EAST:
* I94 West to Kellogg/Mounds Blvd exit. Go left on Kellogg Blvd. or go straight to 7th Street then left after you cross Wall St. look for parking, you are only a 5-10 minute walk from RiverCentre.

From the WEST:
* I94 East to the 10th St, 5th St or 7th St exit. After you take any of these exits look for parking, you are only a 5-10 minute walk from the RiverCentre.

Parking:

Two on-site ramps are available with more than 2200 parking spaces, all directly connected via climate controlled access.
The RiverCentre ramp is situated across from RiverCentre with the entrance located on the south side of Kellogg Boulevard.
The Kellogg ramp is below Touchstone Energy Place with an entrance located on the north side of Kellogg Boulevard. There are multiple parking facilities located within a 5-10 minute walk of the RiverCentre.

Box Office Hours:

The Roy Wilkins Auditorium Box Office is open for events only. Tickets for Roy Wilkins shows may be purchased during regular hours at the Xcel Energy Center Box Office, located within the RiverCentre complex.
On event days, the Roy Wilkins Auditorium Box Office opens three hours prior to showtime.
During the NHL Season, the Xcel Box Office is open Monday through Saturday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. During the summer, the Xcel Box Office is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Types of Payment Accepted:

Cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Will Call:

Will Call windows open 90 minutes prior to the event. Tickets are released only to the person whose name appears on the Ticketmaster account or will call envelope. No one will be given tickets designated for another person. Proper photo identification is required, and purchasing credit card, if applicable. A signature from the person authorized to pick up the tickets will be obtained at the time of pick up.

Accessible Seating:

Seating is available for those who may have special needs.

General Rules:

Non-Professional/No flash photography is allowed for concerts. Recording devices are NOT allowed for any event. PROHIBITED ITEMS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
1) Outside food or drink
2) Weapons of any kind
3) Any item that could cause harm to anyone
4) Any item that could be an annoyance
ex: banners, noise makers, laser pointers
** It is the Xcel Energy Center's policy that any patron may be asked to have their personal belongings searched at any time prior to admittance.
Bags and purses may be searched upon entry, and large bags may be denied access.

Children Rules:

Children under 24 months do not need a ticket if held on the ticket holders lap. This may change, depending upon the event.
