    Rockstock Really ROCKED CHARLESTON!!!!

by Sandraella1 on 4/16/14Charleston Civic Center - Charleston

I enjoyed the show all DAY!!! From the VIP party at Adelphia to the Rock 105 Private Tent before the show!!! All acts really went above and beyond for us!! They were all kind and courteous with no arrogance. Even though the event was moved from the Civic Center to the Municipal-our seats stayed consistent to what we originally purchased. No worries at all. Cinderella should had been the opening act-they were unforgettable-Great White did great as well-but it seemed a lot of guest left after Cinderella so they were there for the prior band...But overall this was an awesome event for Charleston and the Surrounding areas....

Worst concert I've ever been to...

by Aaarrgggghhh on 4/16/14Charleston Civic Center - Charleston

For years, I've said that one particular Scorpions concert was the best I had ever seen (with a couple of KISS shows and AC/DC coming in a close second). I'd never thought about the worst concert I had ever seen, until this show. We As Human was ok. Charm City Devils gets props for the acapella Country Roads. Tom Kiefer (of Cinderella fame) has still got it and was, by far, the highlight of the show. Even with the vocal problems he was having, he was into it, played what the crowd wanted to hear, and the crowd was alive. Great White was a train wreck. People were streaming out after Kiefer finished. By the end of the show, you could see that Great White decided to just play Rock Me and Once Bitten, Twice Shy and get it over with. Of course, that's all the handful of people left in the completely dead crowd wanted from the two hit wonders. When you bear in mind that this event sold so poorly that it was moved from the Civic Center to the Municipal Auditorium, you start to see what a truly terrible show this was. Love Rock 105...hated this show.... I would have given it more than one star because of Country Roads and Tom Kiefer - the rest of the night was so bad, I had to stop with just one...

    Tom Keifer...amazing.

by NikkiMK on 4/16/14Charleston Civic Center - Charleston

I have been a fan of Cinderella since I was very very young. To see Tom Keifer..in the flesh...meant more to me than anyone else could understand. This is an opportunity I never thought I would have.(I have my babies and cannot travel and follow him around like I would LOVE to). This was more than a great experience. It was a big highlight of my life.

    Tom Keifer was amazing!!!

by JenZilla70 on 4/15/14Charleston Civic Center - Charleston

Tom Keifer was the best, hands down! Totally unforgettable. Charm City Devils rocked as well. But We as Humans and Great White sucked! I'd pay double to see Tom Keifer again!

    Tom Keifer stole the show!

by charmcitydevil on 4/15/14Charleston Municipal Auditorium - Charleston

Tom Keifer definitely should have headlined this concert! He was awesome! He put on a great show! Great White wasn't that great because of the new lead singer. We As Human and Charm City Devils were good too, but Tom Keifer was worth going to the concert alone!

Tom Keifer WOWED Charleston at Rockstock!

by TKFan4Life on 4/15/14Charleston Municipal Auditorium - Charleston

The headliner for this event was Great White, who I thought were very good. As were the openers: We As Human and Charm City Devils, followed by Tom Keifer and his extraordinary band. I traveled 3 hrs. to see this show because I wanted to see Tom Keifer and band. They were amazing! Completely brought the house down-Charleston rocked that night! Tom had everyone on their feet and certainly having lots of fun - he poured everything into an amazing performance, one that a lot of us who were there won't forget. Totally engaging and brilliant. The audience did not want his set to end! Great show!! Great White's performance ended the evening and I think it was a bit much for them to follow Tom Keifer, after his overwhelming set. I loved Great White-their band rocks and Terry Ilous is a wonderful singer and showman...just a little difficult to follow Tom Keifer's inspired show, though. As wonderful as Great White is (and they truly are), this particular night Tom Keifer's band stood out and their light shone brightly, the energy captivating. The venue is an intimate one, a nice size. I don't think there is a "bad" seat in the place. No matter where you sat you were able to get a good view of the stage. I moved around a lot and it didn't seem to be a problem. The sound on Tom's set was awesome-they must have excellent sound guys. Sound in the venue, in general, was really good. The audience was great, too-I think there's a real thirst for rock music-certainly felt like the people who were there were happy about it! I heard lots of positive feedback from people, as I was leaving the venue. I think there was some surprise, especially for those who had never seen/heard Tom Keifer or hadn't heard him recently! I'm sure he gained some new followers. The show, as a whole, was an evening well spent - summed up: it was FUN!

The main band didn't bring it like the opening act

by Mizshe on 4/15/14Charleston Civic Center - Charleston

We are humans, Charm City Devils and Tom Keifer rocked th house. Great White didn't have a stage presence that was wanted to see.
