Directions:

If traveling from I-71, follow north through the Innerbelt (90) to East 9th St. north to North Coast Harbor Complex. The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum is located on Erieside Av. at the Harbor.

If traveling from I-77, follow north. Exit onto East 9th St. (exit 172B). Follow East 9th St. north to North Coast Harbor Complex. The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum is located on Erieside Av. at the Harbor.

If traveling from the Ohio Turnpike (I-80), exit the turnpike at Gate 8A to connect with I-90. Follow I-90 East and exit onto East 9th St. (exit 172B). Follow East 9th St. north to North Coast Harbor Complex. OR, exit the Ohio Turnpike at Gate 9A to connect with I-480. Follow I-480 East to I-71 North. Continue north on I-71 via the Innerbelt. Exit I-71 onto East 9th St. (exit 172B). Follow East 9th St. north to the North Coast Harbor Complex. The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum is located on Erieside Av. at the Harbor.

If traveling I-90 from the west, follow I-90 East through the Innerbelt. Exit onto East 9th St. (exit 172B). Follow East 9th St. north to the North Coast Harbor Complex. The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum is located on Erieside Av. at the Harbor.

If traveling I-90 from the east, follow I-90 West to State Rt. 2 West. Continue to East 9th St. (exit 172B). Follow East 9th St. north to the North Coast Harbor Complex. The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum is located on Erieside Av. at the Harbor.

Parking:

Within walking distance are several public parking facilities which are located at the base of East 9th St. Including Burke Lakefront Airport, Cleveland Municipal Stadium and North Point Building Parking. Parking also available in the Great Lakes Science Center garage.

Box Office Hours:

The Museum Office hours are as follows:
10 am to 5:30 pm daily. Open until 9pm on Wednesdays, closed Thanksgiving and Christmas. From Memorial Day - Labor Day, the museum will be open from 10am - 9pm on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

Will Call:

Tickets can be picked up at the Will Call Window. Customers must present the confirmation number from the order and a picture ID.

General Rules:

No photography or recording devices of any kind are permitted. No beverages, drugs, weapons, food, cans, glass containers or any other kind of contraband are allowed inside the facility.

Children Rules:

Children under 8 years of age are permitted free. Strollers are permitted. Certain exhibits contain mature themes. Please inquire with Visitor Services for information on exhibit content.
