Guatemalan singer/songwriter and multiple award winner Ricardo Arjona has released 13 studio albums, including 2007’s Adentro, which earned a Grammy Award for Best Latin Pop Album and a Latin Grammy for Best Male Pop Vocal Album. The talented singer, guitarist, and pianist possesses an impressive musical range that encompasses pop, rock, ballads, and even the a cappella style of Cuban, Tejano, and Norteno music. His lyrics have made him somewhat of a social activist too, with songs addressing topics such as racism, immigration, and homosexuality. Ticket buyers for Arjona's concerts around the world rave about his passionate performances as well as the special guests who occasionally join him on stage, including singers Sandro and Marc Anthony and pianist Sergio George. Arjona has honed his musical talent since the mid-‘80s, when he released his first album Dejame Decir Que Te Amo at the age of 21. Before that his roots may surprise you: he played basketball for the Guatemalan national team on a Central America tour and also worked as a rural schoolteacher.

I SINCERELY LOVED HIS PERFORMANCE & HIS TALENTED ORCHESTRA CREW at the Madison Square Garden arena in NYC. Love his lyricism, complex & forged to depth of artistry. His amazing performance at the garden was awesome; intereacts with the fans abundantly. Moreover, the sequence of his songs & performances just fluid & smooth. Not to mention, i was sitting close to the stage front - the sound, the instruments & the entire element of his performances were just right. Next time i get to see him, Lord willing, definitely getting greet and meet vip packages. Arjona is the GOAT!
I’ve grown up with Arjona. My lullabies were made up of “señora de las cuatro décadas” and “historia del portero”… seeing him in concert moved my heart, I was filled up with emotion the entire night… cried the entire night. Organization was great, band was awesome, and the King himself sounds as he does in his records, there is no comparison to him in a million and ten years. I would travel around the world to see and hear him again, respect.
the stage was spectacular, everything that surrounded the concert was in keeping with the moment, a wonderful sound and the concert by Arjona was wonderful.
Ricardo was great. This is the first Latino concert I attend and the worst in terms of no respect by the fans. This was not a standing room concert…it wasn’t even in an arena. This concert was at a THEATER and people stood THE ENTIRE TIME completely disregarding those behind them. It’s like these fans knew NOTHING about etiquette in a theater setting. Why pay for seats? Why not look for a concert that is at an arena or standing room if you don’t understand a theater ambiance. It was a ghetto mess. GHETTO.
Best Latin Artist I have seen live for the past 20 years! Hands down. Will never miss his show if he is in the area. Que Viva El Mundo Arjona!
The concert was awesome Ricardo arjona was awesome. I did not like that we had to wait outside for hours before going in. It was not a good experience. They was no need to have been outside in the heat to enter a concert. The concerts at don haskins are fast and easy.
This concert was filled with a great vibe and Ricardo song most of his best songs!
As an Arjona fan, Ricardo Arjona did NOT disappoint! It was a great show from beginning to end. The only thing that I had a problem with was that the doors to the venue were supposed to open at 8:00 pm, but they opened around 9:00pm. The parking was a mess and the lines were long and at a stand still... in 100 degrees weather. That was draining and very unpleasant.
Great concert. Logistics was awful. People fainted and waited around an hour to enter the coliseum. Hot weather and very disappointed of the organization of this event.
