RibFest Tickets

Was more than expected! There were 4 bands from 5pm-11:30pm it was amazing.

This concert was wonderful. I have no regrets about purchasing VIP tickets. Kip was unforgettable (as always - HUGE fan!). That being said, there are some logistical things that I think could be worked on by Ribfest staff. First, the ticket said 4pm. VIP gates didn't open until at least 4:30pm. Additionally, I was unaware that M&G tickets were available and would have purchased them had I known. When I asked questions about this on the Facebook site, they went without response. Other than some communication troubles, this was a wonderful event and I had an amazing night!

I had a great time. I only went Friday night, but wish I had gone the entire weekend. The sound system for the first band/Stephen Pearcy , was not great. You could hear him, but not the rest of the band!! They got it figured out though and the rest of the night was great! I wish Dee Snider would have played longer. 30 minutes was not nearly enough!

The concert and food were wonderful. The rain was not! The stage setup was great.. However, it took 2 hours to get out of the parking lot. Traffic control was definitely lacking!

One of the best concerts I've seen. Lynyrd Skynyrd in my opinion was the highlight. While it's true Ronnie Van Zant can never be replaced, his voice definitely lives on through Johnny. My only complaint would have to be leaving the concerts, the traffic was not directed which it should have been. We literally sat for an hour in our vehicle before being able to move. Overall though a great experience. Food was amazing , beer was cold and music was top notch. You can't go anywhere and see legendary performers such as these for $30 ! I was impressed that all these guys can still sing just as good as they used to back in the day. All of the bands put on a great show!!

The music was absolutely fantastic! I would come to Ribfest again if the bands are this good. The weather however put quite a damper on the event (not anybody's fault), thank you for the tents & seating. We were able to find seats occasionally so that was nice. There were long lines for the vendors & they moved excruciatingly slow so I did not get to experience any of the ribs. My fault for not having the patience to wait. Thank you for the abundance of porta potties, that was also greatly appreciated. I can't wait to see who will be headlining next year! See you then.

We had so much fun. Sioux Falls is beautiful, awsome people, nice place to actually want to move there!!! Thanks for the awsome time!!!! Will go back

Loved it at the fairgrounds, great place to have it. Lots of room, lots of people could attend.

The website was misleading and poorly worded, the website kept taking me to the arena site and the event was at the fairgrounds. no mention that the featured acts did not start until late in the evening, according to the website the entertainment started at 3:00 pm. When we bought the tickets the website showed seating charts, the bands actually played in an open grass area, nothing was said about bringing chairs. It was very expensive to eat at the rib vendors. Overall the event sucked and we left a half hour after we arrived as did many others we talked to.
