Very enjoyable
by AlsoJim on 9/10/18Halloran Centre at the Orpheum Theatre Memphis - MemphisThe concert was a lot of fun. There were seven people in the group and all were excellent musicians. I would definitely see them again.

This group was accomplished and had good singers and musicians. Many of the songs were too sappy and religious our taste. Others really seem to enjoy it. Our biggest concern was after advertising lipstick during the show, the group took a long (35+ minute break) in the lobby to sell lipstick and CDs. I guess I understand that being the queen of Bluegrass doesn’t make much money these days. But we finally left because the intermission dragged on so long. I noticed some other people did too.
The last time I had seen Rhonda was the Drakesville IA Bluegrass festival. She was around thirteen years old and sang in her families band, The Sally Mountain Show. I have bought several of her CD's, but this was my first chance to see her live since. The show was excellent. My only complaint is that she didn't sing her 70' signature song "Mule Skinner Blues". Other than that, I'll go see her again when I have the chance.
All four acts were good. Quicksilver was a very nice surprise!
Concert was awesome. Seen her in Shipshewana , changed show so I loved them both. Talent galore with the rage.
High energy, pristine harmonies, fantastic instrumentals, mixed with humor. Personable entertainers. Great show.
This was one of the best shows I have seen live. Rhonsa was vestile and her band played individually to show off their abilitie.
This was the first time I've seen Rhonda Vincent and the Rage. It was general admission seating, so we got there early and got great seats. Some of the band members were talking to some of the people that got there early. The music, both vocal and instrumental, was some of the best I've ever heard, live or recorded. The musicians are tops at their instruments. During the show, Rhonda talked to the audience, like she was doing the show in your living room and she knew everyone. The one thing I really enjoyed, was after the show, Rhonda and the band members, stayed and greeted anyone that wanted to meet them. I've been to a lot of concerts over my 58 years and I can't remember the last time a celebrity talked to me after a show. I guess they're all too important. Rhonda and her band appreciates the folks that pay their rent.
Best Bluegrass Concert Ever- Great Harmony, Phenomenal Picking, and Tremendous Musicianship Everyone in our group thought it was great and were highly impressed!
Absolutely superb. We have seen her a number of times before. High energy, great voices and song selections. The musicianship is amazing. They are even better live than when you hear them on CDs. A very very upbeat show. She really connects to her audience.
