Ample parking is available around Rexall Place. The parking lot located immediately next to the north side doors is restricted to season ticket holders.Public Transportation:

Hockey Hours:
Saturday Games: 9:30 am to beginning of third period on game day.
Sunday Games: 9:30 am - 5:00 pm on the Saturday prior.10:00am to beginning of third period on game day.
The box office opens 2 hours prior to hockey game start and 1 hour prior to concert performance start

Box Office Location:Located on the North West side of the building. When facing Rexall Place, the Will Call window is to the right of the Wayne Gretzky statue.
Note: Please arrive at box office early if picking up tickets.
Customers must present the actual credit card used to place the order and photo ID.
Accessible Seating:
Accessible Seating:Rexall Place is wheelchair accessible with a separate dedicated entrance located on the north side.There are 48 seats available. Wheelchair seats are located in row 19 behind sections: 108, 112, 126 and 130. The attendant seats are located in front of the wheelchair seats. Rexall Place can accomadate only one attendant per wheelchair patron. If an attendant is not required then a single wheelchair seat can be purchased.

Children Rules:
Children who have not celebrated their 2nd birthday are admitted into the building for free (if they sit on someone's lap). Children ages 2 and above require a ticket. This policy is strictly enforced unless otherwise specified by the show.Miscellaneous:

Rexall Place is divided into 9 levels as follows:
Floor:
The floor setup for most concerts consists of 37 rows, divided into 4 sections. Rows 1-5, rows 6-10, rows 11-16, rows 17-37. Thereare 38 seats in each row.
Gold Club (Lower Level):
There are 6 sections in the Gold Club:118, 119, 120 (north side) and 101,102 and 136 (south side).
Silver Club (Lower Level):
There are 4 section in the Silver Club: 116 and 122 (north side) and 104 and 134 (south side).
Executive (Lower Level):
There are 10 sections in the Executive level: 106, 108, 110,and 112 (west side) and124, 126, 128, 130, and 132 (south side).
There are 18 rows in each section. The Executive level has 19 rows with a rail between rows 11 and 12.
Executive Terrace (Upper Level):
The rows in the Executive Terrace are 21 - 24
Terrace (Upper Level):
The rows in the Terrace Level are 25 - 31
Side Colonade (Upper Level):
The rows in the Side Colonade are 32 - 36 (north side), and 32 -39 (south side)
Gallery (Upper Level):
The rows in the Gallery are 42 - 53 (south side only)
All seats have backs. Seat numbers go right to left when facing the ice.
Standing room tickets are released only when a hockey game is sold out. They are located in row 38 behind sections 225 - 231 and 207 -213.
Allstar Suites
The suites are located on the concourse level.
Special Features:
There are two elevators located on each side of the building behind sections 119 and 101 (for handicapped use only).
The south side concourse escalator goes to the upper level (between the Executive Terrace and the Terrace). The northside escalator goes to the Oilers office as well as the Sky Suites.
