    Good, but...

by Anonymous on 8/3/16RFK Stadium Lot 6 - Washington

The race was fun and I would definitely go again. There was not enough bleachers for everyone, the "beer garden" consisted of 3 beers, and the announcer could only be heard under the observation tower. Still had fun though, I hope next year some of those issues can be addressed because I will definitely be there.

    Dissappointing compaired to Inaugural race

by SubieFan on 8/2/16RFK Stadium Lot 6 - Washington

this is my second rally even in DC, this first was the inaugural season in 2014. I wanted to go to the 2015 even but I had already made plans for that weekend. Pros- -track layout was nice because they used the overhead rail tracks so you can see the trains pass by. - mediocre selection of food trucks (pizza, bbq, vegetarian) Cons- - lack of venders and freebies - lack of general seating - jump isn't as high as this first year - lack of high profile drivers (Ken Block) - lack of track access for additional race views overall, the price seemed like it went up and the experience was not a great as the first year. Would i go again? ill most likely save the money and watch the race on NBC.

    Good times

by STIroids on 8/2/16RFK Stadium Lot 6 - Washington

I had a better than expected time at this event. the seating was adequate, close to the action. Walking around and getting to be up close and personal with the drivers was a great experience after going to events like F1. I guess the only downfall of the event was the lack of shaded areas, and the boarder line torrential downpour mid event. Still worth the price and I plan on going to many more events in the future.

    Great racing, as always!

by Conetoy on 8/2/16RFK Stadium Lot 6 - Washington

Being my second year attending the Red Bull Global Rallycross at RFK Stadium in DC, I knew roughly what to expect: great racing, humid conditions, and a decent crowd. Despite a moderate to heavy rainstorm, the event ran very smoothly. That being stated, there is always room for improvement. In particular, this should include: -More food vendors. The vendors at the event were great, but there were nowhere near enough. The lines were long, and many ran out of food. -More seating. There were very few stands set up this year, and many fans crowded around the limited fence line available around the perimeter of the course. I will likely return. The series is great, and I'm glad that we can see some great racing in DC.

    GRC Wet but fun

by FfxVa on 8/2/16RFK Stadium Lot 6 - Washington

It rained an awful lot, but they finished the races. There were not that many people, which I thought was good, the stands were open seating, very close to the track. It was exciting and intimate type of racing. You actually get a better view on TV, because you can only see a small portion of the track when you are there, but it is a lot more exciting and interesting. Watching the people is very good also. It was more of an experience than a sporting event perse. Very Nice.

We made the most of it but were disappointed

by Anonymous on 8/2/16RFK Stadium Lot 6 - Washington

The overall concept was cool. It was neat watching the race... For about 30 minutes. The bleachers were small so there was almost no seating and they weren't high enough to see the whole track. What you could see happening depending on where you sat/stood. We stood in the shade tent and could almost see the part of the track where all the cars turned and then the part where they would jump but that was it. It was fun with friends but we were bored in an hour. Bottom line, not worth the money.

    Go General Admission

by Vesco on 8/1/16RFK Stadium Lot 6 - Washington

Skipped the VIP this year and glad I did. New layout is better but they needed more bleachers. What they did have is lots of tents for the Saturday downpour. It would be a better experience if it moved on the schedule to June or later in August because DC in July is brutal.

Great seats.. I wish I knew it was bleacher seating.. but it was fun. There should have been more automotive stands.. but it was ok.

    Great race for the family!

by Binksman on 8/1/16RFK Stadium Lot 6 - Washington

The event was well organized and fun to watch. The size of the event is not intimidating for a family and my 6 year old didn't mind spending the day waiting for his chance to get signatures from the drivers. My only complain is that parking was very confusing for a first time visitor to the venue. We went on Friday and parked in a lot right next to the track and were told to follow a local walking/bike path to the track. We ended up walking 2 miles almost completed encircling the entire event before we found a break in the fence we thought was an entrance. The actual entrance from about 1/8 mile from where we parked, but venue security blocked access to the local sidewalk. On a trip back to the car, we realized the shorter route, but to leave the actual gate and get a hand stamp meant going through a tunnel to get to the gate, and then crossing a major highway without any crosswalks to get over to the local sidewalk that could get us to our parking area. If the lot is open and you pay $15 for parking, give people an entrance on that side they can use!
