Raymond The Amish Comic funny as hell, oh i cursed

    by Kldiva70 on 8/23/14Sellersville Theatre - Sellersville

Absolutely Unforgettable!!!! As i read the negative comments im not sure i get it really. while yes he curses ... he clearly states its for adults ONLY and comedians like Eddie Murphy, Chris Rock also George Carlin were known to curse and we all loved them. Give him a break ... He is hysterical and im so happy I went. Cant wait till the next event. Keep everyone laughing and God Bless!

The Black Amish Comedy tour was pretty damn funny!

by klsearle on 2/24/14Sherman Theater - Stroudsburg

I have seen Earl David Reed three times and he is always funny, and he has a great memory. This is the first time I have seen Raymond the Amish Comic, and I thought he was great, too. His McRant was McAwesome!

    Raymond - Not really funny

    by JohnSr63 on 2/22/14Sherman Theater - Stroudsburg

Raymond can take an eight word sentence and use the F word for 6 out of the 8 words. I don't mind some bad language for effect but that was really his whole show. The last part we watched before walking out was a story about raping a nun. Really Raymond, good thing the tickets were only $18.00

If you have a brain, save your money

by mbloom1 on 7/18/13Penn's Peak - Jim Thorpe

The warm-up comedian was MUCH better than Raymond. All Raymond did was talk fast, repeat himself and swear a lot. The audience loved him. So much for the audience...and Raymond.

    Amish?

by BartLance on 7/16/13Penn's Peak - Jim Thorpe

Saw Raymond 10 years ago, then again this week. Strangely, he is no longer doing jokes about the Amish, but just regular jokes (cell phones, Internet...)---a whole new routine. He still wears Amish clothes and still does the Amish accent while telling the jokes, which seemed a bit strange, but he is still hilarious.

This comic only provided a few, sporadic laughs. He used profanity so excessively that it became completely ridiculous and idiotic. His stories were too long, without a point and usually without a laugh. I wish he told more stories about the differences between Amish and mainstream life. But instead, his bits were just about nonsense and nonrelated topics. Was not enjoyable- we left early. However- his opening act was wonderful and worth the price of the ticket.
