Directions:

If traveling from the South, take I-77 North to E. 9th exit. Follow the signs to either past N. 9th or Ontario to Quicken Loans Arena parking.



If traveling from the East, take I-90/Rt.2 West. Follow the signs to downtown. Remain on Rt.2 as I-90 curves away to the left. Exit at E. 9th and go left to Quicken Loans Arena.



If traveling from the West, take W. Shoreway from Lakewood. Continue across Main Av. Bridge and exit right onto W. 6th to Arena parking.

Parking:

Parking is available directly around the arena for approximately $8.00 to $15.00. Buses only can park at Erie or Summer.

Box Office Hours:

Monday through Saturday - 9:30AM to 6PM
Sunday - Closed (May through September)
12PM - 5PM on Event Days

Types of Payment Accepted:

The Box Office accepts cash, Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express.

Will Call:

Will Call tickets can be picked up anytime during regular Quicken Loans Arena Box Office hours. Please allow at least two (2) days after placing an order before attempting to pick up Will Call tickets.

Accessible Seating:

Trained guide dogs or service animals assisting guests are welcome inside and must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times. For information on disability seating call: 216-420-2200 or 800-332-2287.

General Rules:

The following items are NOT permitted:
NO video recorders, audio recorders and other similar devices.
No laser pointers or weapons.
No backpacks, large bags, sealed packages of any kind (including gifts for the performers).
No bottles, cans, and coolers.
No outside food or beverages. Exceptions are made for medical reasons, baby food and reasonable children's snacks.

The following items ARE permitted after inspection:
Purses and diaper bags.
Binoculars and cell phones.

This is a no smoking facility.

Children Rules:

Children under 2 years of age are free on an adults lap.
