AN EVENING WITH PRISCILLA PRESLEY:

AN OPEN CONVERSATION

is coming to Australia in November

A rare and unique opportunity to journey with Priscilla Presley through her fascinating life in an intimate interview format where she will answer questions and share stories that will spark curiosity and intriguing dialogue, hosted by Australia’s #1 Entertainment Reporter Richard Wilkins.

RCM Touring has announced PRISCILLA PRESLEY will bring an open conversation to Australia in November this year. Commencing on the Gold Coast, followed by Perth, Melbourne and Sydney dates, Priscilla Presley will present four unique evenings of open conversation offering audiences an extremely rare opportunity to gain insight into a world only a few have entered.  An Evening With Priscilla Presley.

“It is a thrill to announce that Priscilla Presley has agreed to come to Australia,” commented Ralph Carr, “she is aware of the huge success the recent ELVIS LIVE tour was and is looking forward to coming to speak to Australian audiences. Guests of this remarkable experience will be intrigued, surprised and entertained by Priscilla herself, live on stage in this open unique conversation,” Carr added.

Priscilla Ann Presley is an American actress and business magnet.  She is the former wife of the late much-loved icon Elvis Presley as well as the co-founder and former chairwoman of Elvis Presley Enterprises (EPE), the company that turned Graceland into one of the top tourist attractions in the United States. Priscilla portrayed Jenna Wade on the hit television drama “Dallas” from 1983-1988.  She then displayed her considerable comedic talents in the box office smash “The Naked Gun: From the Files of the Police Squad”, reprising her role in “The Naked Gun 2 and a half” and “The Naked Gun 33 1/3: The Final Insult.”  She has guest starred in many television shows including “Melrose Place,” “Touched by an Angel,” “Tales of the Crypt” and “Spin City”. In 1979, Priscilla became co-executor of the Presley Estate after the death of Elvis’ father, Vernon Presley.

She continues to be a steward of the Elvis Presley legacy.  She served as an executive producer on Elvis Presley’s album “If I Can Dream”, a collection of handpicked classic vocals embellished with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra’s backing.  Released in October 2015, the album debuted at number one in the United Kingdom and Australia and has since gone triple platinum.

She has been an ambassador of the Dream Foundation for the past 18 years, helping to fulfil the dreams of adults battling terminal illnesses and has also worked closely with the Humane Society of the United States spending time in DC to lobby Congress to pass the “Prevent All Soring Tactics” (PAST Act) bill that will strengthen enforcement of the 1970 Horse Protection Act

Worth the trip from MA. She was lovely and answered all questions with grace. It flew by so quickly! I only wish there were some souvenirs to remember the night!

Priscilla was GREAT , TERRIBLE Stage Setup

by CMP on 3/26/24Great Cedar Showroom at Foxwoods Resort Casino - Mashantucket

Priscilla Presley was WONDERFUL. , BUT Not very happy with the fact that vases of flowers were placed on both sides of where Priscilla would be seated ! Paid $499 for two seats in the second row anticipating a good view of Priscilla , sadly the vase of flowers next to her seat was we were able to see , the only way to see Priscilla was on the monitor on the opposite side of the room . A gentleman in the first row in front of us asked an attendant if the vase could either be removed or placed further back so we could at least see her , the answer was a resounding NO, which was very disappointing to say the least !!

A very informative and entertaining night out

by Turtle Dove Couple on 3/26/24Great Cedar Showroom at Foxwoods Resort Casino - Mashantucket

We wondered how this event was going to be, it was a lot of fun and very interesting, I loved hearing the details of Priscillas very unusual life! She has a great outlook on everything and worked with the cards she was delt. She covers her time as an actress and from when she first met Elvis in Germany.

If You've Read Her Book, You've Seen the Show

by JDub on 3/26/24Great Cedar Showroom at Foxwoods Resort Casino - Mashantucket

Unfortunately I didn't learn anything new at this show that I didn't already know about from reading "Elvis and Me"years ago. All the anecdotes were the same and the questions from the audience were very carefully vetted. It would have been nice to have live audience questions. It was very obvious that no questions about Lisa Marie were allowed, maybe too emotional of a topic, but I would have liked to know more about Priscilla and what she's up to these days and how she's continuing to keep the Presley legacy alive. Also the interviewer clearly did not do his homework with regard to Elvis and the Presley family. So many questions that he asked that are common knowledge, such as what Elvis did for exercise (karate), his favorite breakfast (bacon and eggs), etc.

    Priscilla 3/10/24 Detroit

    by Curtis on 3/18/24

I believe it takes the right person to go to Priscilla as me my friend, and my cousin went to Priscilla we were by farrrr the youngest people there (were 14 and 15) she was very nice and had a nice voice. Our crowd must have been nicer but we had lots of questions and lots of answers. Priscilla was late but was signing some things in the crowd and I didn’t get one. If Priscilla were to ever come in contact with me again or she goes out again next year I will be hoping to see her again. I had lots of new information and closer and I love her spirit. When she was asked about many things it was things from people in the audience I was wondering about and I got answers, not just that but comfort. Knowing how she lived it makes me sad and when someone asked how she wanted to be remembered it was for keeping his memories alive. Now I love this but I feel sad on another hand and I choose to remember her for her style, her bravery, and her journeys at such a young age. Tickets in my opinion were reasonable and for the price I will go again if she is alive in the future.

    Such a lady!

by Red on 3/17/24Seminole Center - Immokalee

She was amazing to listen to. She was also very kind to the audience. We had a chance to write questions which she answered mine. It was a very ejoyable evening with Priscilla. As an very big Elvis fan, I appreciate that Priscilla opens up and gives us a personal sense of what Elvis was like and also her own feelings. Because Priscilla took an interest in his fans, is the reason we are able to keep Elvis alive in our 💕 hearts.

    An evening with potential

by Memphian on 3/17/24Seminole Center - Immokalee

We attended “An Evening With Priscilla Presley” expecting an entertaining event. We were overwhelmed with disappointment. The program was simply Ms. Presley seated the entire 1 1/2 hours being prompted to recall Elvis memories. This shouldn’t have been difficult for her, but she stumbled to recall moments that have been documented for years. No new memories given here. Very unprofessional and yawn inducing. Save the cost if the ticket by reading her autobiography.

    Priscilla Presley review

by CJ on 3/16/24Seminole Center - Immokalee

It was interesting and enjoyable, focused on the early years with Elvis. So perhaps 10 years of her life?? I would have liked to hear more about her business career and how she shaped Graceland into the attraction it is today.

    Priscilla Presley won our hearts

by Mark K. on 3/16/24Seminole Center - Immokalee

An evening with Priscilla Presley was an absolute delight. Ms. Presley was warm, witty, and humble. Her soft spoken recollections of her life with The King of Rock and Roll were truly heartwarming. She humanized the fairytale, while correcting many misconceptions and myths. The evening felt as though we were sitting in Ms. Presley’s living room enjoying an intimate conversation with her. In addition to the ups and downs with Elvis, she shared tender stories, photographs, and home movies that showcased her parents, siblings, children, and grandchildren. Her grief for Lisa Marie, and grandson Benjamin was palpable. Ms. Presley clearly sees Elvis Presley as the great love of her life, and she is committed to preserving and building on his legendary legacy. Through her own career as an actress, philanthropist, and business woman, Ms. Presley has created her own enduring legacy. An evening with Priscilla Presley proved to be entertaining, heartwarming, and inspiring.
