The venue was kind of small for an event of this type. And the parking situation was horrible for someone coming from out of town and not being familiar with the watsco center. There wasn’t anyone to really assist other than the people directing traffic. Who weren’t helpful at all. The walk from the parking area to the actual event was very far.
It was a good experience overall the people in the fan pit seemed exhausted from being out in the sun earlier but it had good sound quality and the stars were magnificent.
My wife and I enjoyed this event full of lights and scenarios.. The seats were located where we want them... Great job!! Thanks

Artist who were supposed to appear, didn present. No introductions to the artist or show them on the screens. Too much talking from presenters va artists performing. The sound quality was extremely poor. From the top. Could t hear the lyrics nor was the music loud.
This year was kinda wierd , not as organized like others year sorry
This year was terrible and the end was not even announced they just showed a video and people start walking away others were confused because the hosts were saying that were not done yet. Very disappointed and i don’t think it is worth it anymore.
The whole event was so disorganized. The hosts were not that exciting and there came a point were it got so boring we had to leave. There were artists that didn’t even play. Also, a bunch of people started leaving and the hosts were like begging for them not to go. It was a mess. The only artist that gave a good show was Maluma. Also, most artists didn’t even sing!! It was all playback!
No like years before, they didnt give any live awards. All they worry about was everything looking good on tv.
This is my fifth time driving 5 hours to this show , I was not impressed , it seemed very disorganized , there were no awards given although it has award in its name . No promotional stuff given away like every other year, no red carpet to see and take pictures of the celebrities , the show said it would start at 7 and didn’t start til 8. It was just one genre of music , reggaeton, I like it , but what happened to all the other amazing artists out right now? There was no finale at the ending like there has always been . Couple of the artists that they confirmed would be there were not . I’m not going anymore.
