    Doo Wop

by Anonymous on 12/16/11CONSOL Energy Center - Pittsburgh

The singers sang other group hits. Most of them too old to keep performing.

    Acoustics

by DaveandVickie on 12/15/11CONSOL Energy Center - Pittsburgh

We love the new Console Energy Center. We have been to many hockey games, concerts, and other events there. But the accoustics for this show were ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE from our floor seats! We could not understand a single spoken word onstage even though we were only 40 feet from the stage! The music itself was bearable, but very poor due to the reverberation at our location. Many, many people around us left their tables for seats higher in the arena to gain better sound.

Wow....music from "seniors" teenage era continues thanks to shows like this one. Whether done by original artist or someone else the songs brought back memories of those days..Cant wait for next years show

    Forgettable

by Unmemorable on 12/14/11CONSOL Energy Center - Pittsburgh

We have attended all the Christmas Doo Wop shows and this is the 1st time we were ever disappointed. As always we loved Kenny Vance, he is a true headliner; but most of the other acts fell short. I also was disappointed that 95% of time the acts only faced one way, the rest of the audience was awarded with side and back views. When the concert is in the round, the acts should make an effort to rotate. I also thought the sound quality this year was very poor. If this had been my 1st time attending one of these shows I would not be returning.

    Pittsburgh Doo Wop

by BPWBF on 12/13/11CONSOL Energy Center - Pittsburgh

The show was good for the most part. The comets and Kenny Vance and the Planetones should remember that everyone paid for a ticket and take turns facing all the people. It was very annoying toe be able to just see their butts for the entire set.

    Acoustics were terrible!

by Simpletown on 12/13/11CONSOL Energy Center - Pittsburgh

Acoustics were lousy. You could not understand one word any of the performers when they talked. The girl that sang first - could not make out her words. Very Poor! I would not come back if the acoustics remain the same.

Jay Black was AWSOME!! He still has IT

by Anonymous on 12/12/11CONSOL Energy Center - Pittsburgh

We love the Doo Wop shows, it is a wonderful evening. As we get older we sometimes forget that ALL of us are aging as well. The original artists still have the voices and the entertaining skills and we love it. Keep them coming.

    Pittsburgh Doo Whop

by Pelican29 on 12/12/11CONSOL Energy Center - Pittsburgh

All of the acts were good but we could not hear them talking or singing at times. I think maybe there was a problem with the microphones or they were speaking too softly that we could not hear them.
